⑷ Hedoesn't speakEnglish. 為什麼翻譯成「他不會說英語」而不是」他不說英語」

這是因為doesn』t是助動詞， 沒有實在意義，只起構成否定句的作用，所以譯成漢語是：他不說英語。不會要用can』t ，因此 He can』t speakEnglish 才譯成： 他不會說/講英語。
