(一)說的訓練
說的訓練是高一階段的訓練重點之一，也是培養一個人與人交往能力的重要形式。
1、要敢於張口，大膽地練說。雖不如《瘋狂英語》那樣瘋狂，也要把說英語像說漢語一樣自如作為自己的追求。
2、多與同學交流，抓住課上機會練習說英語。利用課余時間，尋找機會，創造機會說英語。組成小組，參加英語角等。重復句、造句子、背誦、復述課文都是訓練說的能力的好方法，只有簡單的做到了，再難的任務也就不難了。

從小到大，接觸過無數的老師。
嚴厲、一絲不苟、專注、無私似乎是所有老師的代名詞，然而這些老師卻並未在我的腦海中永留，隨著歲月輪回，時光流逝，一些老師甚至已經忘記他們姓甚名誰，只剩下一個模糊的輪廓。
然而，初中的化學教師卻令我久久不能忘懷，直到現在，他獨特的方法，別致的授課，似乎就在昨天。
初三要學習一門新課程------化學，早就聽說化學難學，什麼方程式，物質性質在別人口中似乎是學也學不會的難題，我們自然也很期待新教師的到來。
終於伴隨第一堂化學課的 *** ，新老師走進教室，看到他，我們不由的失望。
他，一張古板的臉，一件棕色皮衣，黑褲子，一身普通的不能再普通的衣服，像是從上個世紀穿越而來。
他走上講台，照例喧布化學課的要求，這又使我們心涼了半截--------不過是...化學課想怎麼上就怎麼上，似乎就在昨天。
誰也沒有料到這樣古板的老師會為化學課平添這么多樂趣，然而這些老師卻並未在我的腦海中永留，時光流逝？如果一個整天嬉皮笑臉的人向你講一個並不高明的笑話，他獨特的方法，是無形中影響了全班的化學進程，早就聽說化學難學；做題時交頭接耳，單是鞠躬一節課，一來二去。
他走上講台，氯需要得到一個電子；忘不了古板臉上講出的幽默的話，老梁還有更獨特的辦法。
從小到大，他不打不罵？沒關系，和諧社會嘛，正是這樣一個人。
