現在我們學校在宣傳低碳生活，我漸漸的知道了怎麼樣減少碳污染。開始了「低碳生活」。以前我總把家門口的電燈開上個徹夜，水從晚上滴到早晨，冰箱里放的到處亂七八糟的東西，這樣既浪費水電，又增加了二氧化碳的生成。為了我們的生存環境能得到改善，低碳生活必須從我做起。
首先，低碳生活方式就是在生活中的每個細節上注重節能減耗，除了做作業看書必須開燈，其他時間沒必要開的燈能不開就盡量少開，這樣就能減少電燈排出的二氧化碳。家裡的電器開著也能排出二氧化碳，就連小小的手機電池插座也能排出可怕的二氧化碳，只要充電器充完電就立刻取下就可以減少二氧化碳的排放。冰箱里盡量能排放整齊，這樣就能減少冰箱工作的次數，從而達到減少二氧化碳的排放。空調雖然能給我們在夏天帶來涼意，但它的室外機卻能排放出大量的二氧化碳，所以我們最好能盡量少用，不要再讓我們的地球呼吸太多的二氧化碳。
在以後的日子我們一定要重視「碳」排放，不要再讓它危害到我們的生活，讓我們一起行動起來，保護我們美好的環境。

Human beings can't live without paper. When we write, we need paper. When we use the toilet, we need paper. When we pake, we need paper. Without paper, life can be too hard. As we use billions of papers every single minute of the whole world, the forests downsized. For paper is made of wood. We have to save paper and grow more trees to keep the natural balance before it's too late.
How to keep Healthy
How to keep healthy? Everyday we ask ourselves this question. In order to keep healthy, there are several suggestions.First of all, we'd better keep our diet balance, for example, we need to take various kinds of food properly instead of only take several kinds of food too much. And then, take more fruits and vegetables , take less meat at the same time. Thirdly, we should do exercise properly and do some sports everyday , each time should be more than half an hour. Then, take plenty sleep and try not to stay up late. The last one, keep a good mood, and communicate with others frequently. That's the suggestions to keep healthy.
