我也等得不耐煩了,就先開始了。跳了幾十個之後,我就開始跳花樣,又是跑跳,又是向後跳。跳多了,我覺得樓上的地板不結實,就跑到露台上去跳。

可是我選的位置不對,跳起來繩子經常碰到頂上的鐵桿子,所以又另闢蹊徑,去找另一個地方跳繩。我去了露台的另一個地方,雖然位置小了點,但跳跳繩還是可以的。

終於,跳累了。我坐在椅子上,邊吃水果邊吃餅干,好不自在。輪到我跑步時,跑起來腳腕這酸痛的不行,只好把跑步改成了快走。

運動完後,我和媽媽坐在椅子上,愜意地吃吃喝喝,最後在媽媽的督促下才拖拖拉拉地去洗澡。要是每天都能這么快樂地運動,那該多好啊!
