更為切身的'影響就是我國國民素質的體現。人類身體素質大不如前，隨著科技發展,氣車、火車、飛機等各種交通工具的出現使人類的日常生活發生了重大改變,人類已經不再總是依賴自己的兩條腿,因而現在的人類的身體素質和以前相比已經是不能相提並論。以前項羽「力拔山河氣蓋兮」在當今的社會已經是不可能再出現。而這種情況繼續發展下去則有可能使人的四肢萎縮,使人類出現一個新的形態。

然後不得不說的就是身體方面的影響。各種新興病菌不斷出現,很多病菌的殺傷力已經遠遠超過以前的病菌的破壞力。這是由於醫葯科技的迅速發展加快了病毒的變種，至於科技的發展速度已經跟不上病毒的變種速度，或許有一天人類會滅亡於某一場大的瘟疫。每個新人對這個世隨著經濟的發展、人民生活節奏的加快和生活水平的提高，塑料的用量與日俱增。1996年，我國的塑料包裝用量達243萬噸，年平均增長率超過 20%，特別是城市、主要交通沿線、旅遊景點的垃圾中塑料廢棄物迅速增加。據調查，北京的生活垃圾年產量已達300萬噸，其中廢塑料約佔3%，年增 長率達48%。沿海地區城市的垃圾中塑料成分更高，達8-10%。這些廢 塑料在垃圾中占的比例若以體積計算，已達三分之一以上，而且大大增加了垃圾處理的難度和費用 。

一、經濟全球化的積極影響

1、經濟全球化加速了各種生產要素，尤其是資金在全球范圍內的自由流動，為各國充分利用全球的統一市場，優化資源配置提供了條件

發展中國家由於歷史的原因，大多起步較晚，面臨著資金不足的難題，英語作文大全《globalization利弊》。發達國家由於國內市場飽和，急需為多餘資金尋求出路。經濟全球化提供了有利的條件，有力地促進了發展中國家經濟的發展。據統計顯示，自一九九三年起，中國已連續七年成為吸收外資最多的發展中國家。20xx年，我國合同利用外資額為1534.79億美元。2005年中國吸引外資為724億美元，僅次於英國和美國，名列世界第三，極大地解決了我國經濟發展中的資金瓶頸。有關專家甚至認為，中國在2006-2010年間每年可能將吸引外資1000億美元。此外，國內外經濟學家也通過了實證分析，證明了經濟全球化帶來的資金在中國經濟發展中所起的重要作用。經濟學家Naughton指出，正是藉助了源源不斷的外資，中國才建立了一個龐大的面向出口的製造業部門。也正是這個部門，在中國外貿擴張和企業制度創新中，起到了非常重要的作用。

近年來，我國國內資源短缺的問題也越來越嚴重。除煤之外，大部分關繫到國民經濟命脈的大宗礦產已不能保證國民經濟發展的需要。嚴重的資源瓶頸迫切需要中國充分利用世界資源。經濟全球化使得中國得以通過國外資源彌補國內資源供求的缺口，通過參與國際分工來實現最大限度的資源優化配置。

2、經濟全球化有利於我國進出口的不斷增長，有利於產品結構的改善

進出口是一國經濟發展的強大推動力，尤其是出口，更是被人們稱為推動中國經濟發展的「三架馬車」之一。2004年上年，中國的出口總額已經超過日本。根據世界貿易組織(WTO)發表的最新全球貿易報告,2006年中國的出口總額為9690億美元,穩居世界第3位。另據中國社會科學院數量經濟與技術經濟所吳振宇等人的最新研究成果「外貿對經濟增長貢獻的定量分析」，自1997年以來，中國的出口對GDP的平均貢獻率大致在14% 左右，進口對GDP的貢獻率大致在10% 左右。

中國出口在世界上位次的變化並不單純是數量上的變化，而且還內含著質量上的重大變化。在對外開放初期，中國出口產品以初級產品為主，初級產品出口占出口總額的比重超過了50%，可到2004年，這一數據已下降到8%。工業製成品占出口總額的比重更是持續上升，到2005年已經超過92%。這種出口結構的變化表明，中國製造業產品的國際競爭力不斷增強，中國已經成為世界製造中心之一和世界最主要的加工中心。

3 、經濟全球化加速了國內競爭和國際競爭，帶來了先進的企業文化和經營管理經驗，有利於中國企業的發展壯大，為企業「走出去」戰略的實施開辟了道路

競爭促進了優勝劣汰，加速了企業的成長。在經濟全球化的影響下，我國企業不斷借鑒外國經驗，結合自身的特點，完善財務管理制度。經濟全球化引發了國內企業對人力資源管理的借鑒、思考和創新，使我國企業的素質不斷提高。海爾、TCL等大企業在經濟全球化的推動下向跨國經營發展。國內跨國企業的發展提高了我國的綜合經濟實力，並創造了可觀的外匯收入。

4、經濟全球化產生技術外溢效應，有利於我國科學技術的發展，從而為經濟的增長創造動力

經濟全球化將大批跨國公司帶入中國，又通過中外合資、中外合作過程中有約定的技術轉讓、國產化等正式形式而實現技術外溢效應。經濟全球化帶來的其它非正式形式，如員工培訓、技術人員流動、產品摹仿等，也極大地推動了我國科技人員的整體實力。有的學者甚至提出了科技全球化的概念。科技全球化本身就是經濟全球化發展到一定階段的產物，是經濟全球化的一個重要組成部分。一國經濟的發展水平不僅僅取決於本國的科學技術知識供應狀況，而且取決於整個世界范圍內的科學技術知識供應狀況。世界范圍內研究與開發的溢出效應也能使發展中國家能夠分享一部分科技全球化收益，而且有一部分發展中國家，尤其是中國，更有可能通過積極參與科技全球化進程而縮小與發達國家之間的科學技術差距。
