Once again the math exam, have a math problem, to remember but there is a kind of faith has been ringing in my ears; no matter in life on the road how experienced hardships and dangers, we must bravely face it, overcome it; to win the final victory.
Yes, I must do it. I picked up the paper carefully read up, calculate, check up. Time and time again, alas! How wrong? I got discouraged, disappointed. However, in my mind there is a sound, and a livid face looked at me; in blame me, laugh at me; say their life on the road, unremittingly, never yield in spite of reverses; overcome their difficulties, realizes own ideal. You can't be a little hard to overcome. Really can not withstand setbacks. It says I must cheer up, do not experience wind and rain, how rainbow. I once again took up the hot paper carefully calculated, carefully checking up.
Ah! I finally figured it out.
Facing your fears
1.Each of us will have fear, Once I thought I will not overcome this fear, but later I found that I was wrong.
2.A psychologist once said, 」If you』ve conquered every one of your fears, congratulations—you』re dead.」 This humorous quote points to a simple truth: No one can escape fear completely. So everyone will have fear.Fear can not be beat, the key is to overcome it.
3.I think, sometimes fear can be a good thing. It is a natural, healthy reaction to danger. But sometimes we are afraid of things that aren』t dangerous. You might fear of being alone, failing a test, or being rejected. And I, afraid of speaking in public.
These fears may bring us a lot of trouble. So how can we successfully face our fears? I'll try the following methods.
(1)Admit my fears:
I don't want to always be the annoyance, So I must first admit that what I was afraid of, And then share it with the people I trust.I think it can make me no longer fear.
You might worry that others know your fears will despise you. But you might be surprised how many other people share the same fears. What do you do?
(2)Change the angle of view: When I feel scared ,i will Ask yourself, 「What is the worst-case scenario?」 This question can help me gain perspective. If I want, the worst may not be so bad.
Such as when I spoke, I would say to myself, in the worst case is to forget the words didn't say. When it came to power, will feel nervous, but will continue to encourage myself, because it is not the worst.
(3)Take baby steps:
Finally, take small steps toward conquering your fears. For exmple,I fear public speaking, don』t try to give a presentation in front of hundreds of people. Start by giving a small talk to a few people. When I talk is not smooth, try again. Persistence is one of the keys to success.
You might never completely conquer your fear of certain things. But what is important is that you can bring yourself to do what you fear. True bravery is feeling scared but doing what you have to do anyway.

How to be a suessful student
Everyone wants to be suessful , but how to make it is a problem . Some students think that it just need to listen to what teachers tell us carefully . Many other students may think they will make their dreams e true only by studying very hard . Also , a lot of students may agree to take more exercise to keep healthy so that they can own a healthy body to do what they want and face different challenges.
