In every apartment I've renting in China the first thing I had to clean, degrease and fumigate was the kitchen. The cooker, walls and vents are always dripping with grease. I see everyone in line at the grocery store with 10 gallons of cooking grease.Back home a small bottle of cooking oil would last me at least 6 months. One of these large Chinese bottles would last me 5 or more years. The only place you can find bottles that big back home is in Sam's Club or some other warehouse style grocery store designed to cater to prisons and hospitals.One last thing, I'm always told by Chinese people how bad McDonalds is and how much they hate it but everytime I pass a McDonalds or a KFC 99% to 100% of the patrons in there are Chinese.
