英語作文report的書面格式是由標題、主送單位（受文對象）、正文、落款四部分組成。通知的應用極為廣泛。下達指示、布置工作、傳達有關事項、傳達領導意見、任免幹部、決定具體問題，都可以用通知。上級機關對下級機關可以用通知；平行機關之間有時也可以用通知。

❻ 英語作文report的書面格式是什麼
一、Report格式之一——文字格式
1、 字體：Times New Roman, 字型大小：小四， 行距：1.5倍。同樣在寫作之前請把這些格式調好，以避免寫好後再調會出現一些意想不到的情況。
2、每段落之間空一行，每段直接寫，無需空格，在每頁的右下角插入頁數。標題字體可加粗。
二、Report格式之二——整體結構：
Essay的寫法大體上和essay差不多，但要求要嚴格一些。
第一：標題頁：包括標題和executive summary（總結）。在Executive summary中是對文章的摘要，它是對整篇report的總結，主要寫你的研究內容，研究對象，研究目的，研究意義等等。這兩個東西一般是單獨佔一頁。
第二：主體部分。Report的主體部分，前三個和essay差不多，只是在conclusion後還有一部分就是recommendations（提議）。
Recommendation是寫文章標題的缺陷，一般只要寫一個論點，提出解決辦法，如何消除這個弱點，格式和body段落的要求是一樣的：introction，explanation，example和用一句話做個conclusion。
一般都不寫recommendation，除非特殊要求。
三、Report格式之三——重中之重的主體部分的寫作要求：
Abstract （序）
Abstract的目的就是讓讀者知道你的在你的文章里寫了些什麼。
Abstract的開頭要用1－2自己的語言總結和解釋文章的題目，簡單來說就是用自己的話把文章的題目寫一遍
Abstract細節是概括你在你的文章里都寫了什麼，每個論點就用2－3句話總結
Abstract的結尾就是寫總結和延伸你的所有論點和整個的大標題。
1－2段字數為文章的的10－15％，例如，一篇文章2000字，那麼abstract一般寫200－300字， 除非特殊要求。
不是每篇都要Report求寫abstract，除非特殊要求要寫abstract。
Introction（文章開頭部分）
只用一段即可，不可以分成2段寫。它主要是寫小夥伴們將要在你的文章里寫些什麼，用2－3句話來概括所有的論點，每個論點用幾個詞即可，例如：In this easy, firstly, I will discuss…, and then I will…, thirdly, I will…
一般來說，教授給的題目都很寬，可以寫很多方面，但是小夥伴們要選其中一點來寫，這樣文章才能討論的深入，如果文章寫的很籠統的話，很有可能會不合格。
Introction的第1－2句是解釋文章題目，簡單來說就是用自己的話把文章的題目寫一遍。
接下來的用2句話左右介紹一下文章題目的背景。
Introction最後不需要總結句。
Body（文章的討論部分，也是文章的主體）
Body一般有3－6個論點，所以body就一般有2－6段，每段最好是有聯系，層層深入。每一個論點都必須用一段來寫，換句話說，每個段落只能出現一個論點，出現2個會被扣分。
每一段話都有要introction，explanation，examples。接下來重點講這4部分如何寫：
Introction：用1－2句寫你這段的主要的論點或者是idea
Explanation：用1－2句解釋你的論點
Examples：舉例支持你的論點，這部分要重點寫，舉例在文章中很重要，舉例可以用名人說的話，專業的文章里的例子，或者自己的親身經歷。
在body的部分里不能出現I，he，she等人稱，除在舉例中。
Conclusion（文章結尾部分）
Conclusion只用一段即可，不可以分成2段寫。
Conclusion的第1－2句是解釋文章題目，單來說就是用自己的話把文章的題目寫一遍
Conclusion主要是總結你文章中的論點，每個論點要用一句話。

四、Report格式之四——簡單說下report裡面些許部分的區別：
Introction和conclusion的區別：
Introction是講你在文章里要寫什麼東西，所以只要用幾個詞概括你個論點。
Conclusion是用1句話總結你的每個論點，要比introction詳細些。
Introction需要介紹題目的背景，conclusion則不用，只需要概括總結題目。
