monkey在英語中有兩個意思，一是指猴子，二是指頑皮的孩子。個人觀點：OP中是指後者。
關於D的解釋，我一天在翻英文字典時發現了一個名字Donald（唐納德）克爾特語，意為全世界有
力的，世界的領袖，合格的酋長。暫時我將D視為Donald，首先它符合人物的設定。而且將這段意義帶回漫畫中提到D的部分，都可對其充分的印證和解釋。所以，這里暫時將D解釋為Donald
