2.District概念太大，一般說海淀區，用Haidian District.

3.Neighbourhood是一個泛指的概念，指周圍的環境啊、人啊等等，比如說我住在一個高級住宅區，就用neighbourhood。

4. Subdistrict用以指行政區劃上的區域，不合適。

5. Residential Quarter 其實是類似與Residential Area，是用於區分工業區啊商業區之類的，不太適合加上名稱作為特定的住宅小區。
