英語的自我介紹應該包括個人基本情況、個人的實踐經歷和學校的活動經歷、興趣愛好，以及強烈表達工作願望並感謝面試官。具體如下：

1、個人基本情況。畢業學校，專業，還有在大學期間的成績，如果成績很好的話要多說一點，如果成績不是很好的可以少說一點，甚至不說！另外，如果就業單位離家近的話，可以說說自己來自哪個地方，如果家鄉沒有區位優勢就別說了。

3、談談興趣愛好。但是前提是興趣愛好盡可能與求職的崗位相關，例如想找一個工程師的崗位，那麼可以說興趣愛好是航模什麼的，另外在工作中興趣也是很重要的，一般面試中如果沒有什麼特別的話，可以說興趣愛好為籃球、足球、唱歌等等都可以。

4、總結。就是根據上面說的內容，總結為什麼適合這個崗位，在談這點時，可以先說這個崗位的要求，然後再結合具有的能力，使得滿足這個崗位的要求。

5、最後強烈表達工作願望並感謝面試官。可以說對貴公司關注了很長的時間，我希望在這里獲得不僅僅是一份工作，更是一份職業。
