Dear students,
An English party will be held in the school hall at 7:30 on the evening of September 20. We have prepared a lot of wonderful programs for you. First, some teachers and students will give us a lecture on the importance of English study. Then, some students will have a debate on how to learn English well. Besides, some students will introce their rich experience on English study. In the end, some students will sing English songs at the party. We are sure that these wonderful programs will give you a surprise and most of you will greatly benefit from them.
Everyone is welcome to take an active part in it. Please be present on time and don』t be late. After the party is over, you are required to tell us what you think of the party and these programs in your diary.

G. 英語通知怎麼寫,學生會
英語的通知可分為兩類，即書面通知和口頭通知。寫作格式及要求如下：
一、通知的標志
書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，多用notice作標志。為了醒目起見，標志的每個字母可以用大寫NOTICE(但如發出通知的單位以首字母大寫形式出現在通知的標志之上，則也要首字母大寫形式Notice)，並常寫在正文上方的正中位置。標志後可以編號，也可以不編號。口頭通知用Announcement作標志，但通常省略不說。
二、出通知的單位及時間
發出通知的人或單位的名稱，一般寫在標志的上方或在正文後面的右下角；發出通知的時間要寫在正文的左下角，也可按書信格式寫正文的右上角。不過，這兩項有時可以省略。口頭通知不說這兩項。
三、通知的正文
正文要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內容(多為書面通知的首句)、出席對象及有關注意事項。布置工作的通知要把工作內容和要求寫清楚。正文一般可採用文章式，為了醒目也可採用廣告式。廣告式要求簡明扼要，一個句子可以寫成幾行，且盡量寫在中間，各行的第一個字母一般都大寫。
四、通知的對象
被通知的單位或人一般用第三人稱；但如果帶有稱呼語，則用第二人稱表示被通知的對象，口頭通知就常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。涉及要求或注意事項時，也常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象(祈使句中常常省略)。
五、通知的文體
書面通知用詞貼切，語句簡潔，具有書面化；口頭通知用詞表達要注重口語化。口頭通知的開頭往往有稱呼語(被通知的對象)，如：「Boys and girls」，「Ladies and gentlemen」，「Comrades and friends」等，或用提醒聽眾注意的語句，如「Attention,please!」「Your attention,please!」「May I have your attention,please?」等，且最好有結束語，如：「Thank you(for listening)」以示禮貌．
寫作範例
1、題目要求：
高二（三）班的全體同學將於2002年11月20日在學校圖書館舉辦一次活動，活動包括詩朗誦、講故事、唱歌、舞蹈，現以全班同學的名義邀請全體高中同學參加，屆時，將請各班主任作為教師代表出席，請參加的師生每人准備好一個節目。發布通知的日期為2002年11月11日。 （字數70-100字）
