2. 怎樣寫英語周記
其實周記就是每周一記，四年級也好，初中也好，高中也好，要求都是一樣的。老師讓大家寫周記，就是每周把自己的所看到的、賣早聽到的、想到的、經歷的東西記下來，形成的文字片斷或一篇文章，一周寫一則。
如果是一個旅配唯片斷，將事情寫清就行了，當然，時間充裕，你可以將前因後果，你的想法補充完整，形成一篇文章。不論無論，周記沒有什麼特別的格式，跟我們平時說話寫文章一樣，要求就是條理拆培清楚地說清一件事、一個想法。

We got there at nine o'clock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then
we began working.

通過寫周記提高寫作能力是一個很不錯的方法。但是大多數同學覺得可寫的太少，不知道該寫些什麼。更有一些同學每次都馬虎了事，胡亂寫，以應付老師的檢查。
那麼怎樣才可以寫好周記呢？
我們都知道英語要學以致用，英語要慢慢積累。為了達到復習，鞏固，運用每單元所學知識的目的，同時訓練語言組織能力以及創新能力，特做如下建議：
1. 在模仿單元中的文章和對話的基礎上進行個人發揮，編一個故事或者一段對話。或者將自己的感想以及其他的所見所聞，值得書寫的內容寫下來。
2. 盡可能將課本，閱讀練習，作業，課堂，甚至課外學習到的那些單詞，短語，句子運用到文章中。
3. 故事情節和邏輯性暫不做嚴格要求。
4. 7天里完成。老師嚴格檢查作文的質量！
5. 科代表在向科任教師了解情況後，定期展出優秀文章，供同學們參考學習。或改編成短劇表演。
This week is really busy and crucial for me, as I have made up my mind to get some change and have a new beginning. Not everyone has the courage to change, since change means more difference and you need to adapt to the new environment while the recognition from others have to be re-established. But I don't want to waste my life any more and what I really want is an enriched life other than a boring one. People grow up while they experience challenges. The way how to face and handle challenges is hard to learn from others, and you have to experience it by yourself, just like the lyrics says, "Unable to see the rainbow without experiencing storm".
Everyone has to make choices and decisions, while it's hard for us to forcast whether it is right or wrong. 學習英語離不開英語寫作，目前同學們的寫作缺乏系統訓練，普遍感到寫作困難。從同學們參加中考、高考的反饋信息來看，書面表達得分偏低，這說明同學們未能達到教堂大綱規定的「寫」的要求，同學們還必須多讀多寫。其中寫周記就是培養大家英語 寫作能力的有效方式 。如何寫好英語周記，大家可以從下幾個方面著手：
一、聽專業講座，了解周記寫作范圍
不少同學可能對周記的范圍還比較陌生，對其寫作用還只有一個模糊的概念。這就要求大家積極參加各種講座，從而增長知識，開闊視野中，激發興趣，打開寫作的思路。我校的老師曾給同學們開了不少這方面的講座，如：「口語與書面語的差異」，「中外寫作思維模式比較」，「寫作的層次」，「語法與寫作」，「詞彙與寫作」，「中文與英文寫作的共性與特殊性」等，從中同學們可了解到英文寫作（當然也包括周記）的基礎理論，對英文寫作有一個理性的認識，以提高自己的信心。
二、找寫作素材，確定周記寫作內容
同學們學習了一些寫作理論，並不意味著就能寫周記。怎樣找寫作素材也是個大問題，否則就是「無米之炊」了。我們的建議是：在寫作的起始階段，大家可圍繞日常課堂上學習的內容來寫一點東西。例如：可根據單元學過的課文內容確定一個題目 （topic），根據這個題目寫一段英文，此時素材是現成的，寫起來比較方便。經過一個階段的練習之後，同學們可每周自己選擇題目（或根據老師布置的題目），再根據這個題目去找有關的範文，看看別人怎麼寫的，最後根據自己的情況，寫出周記。這些題目一上來應集中在同學們比較熟悉的事物或人物上。這樣寫起來就有話可說。如：」My Hometown」,」My Father」,」My Favourite Season」等。
三、增加閱讀數量，拓寬周記作思路
在經過一段時間的規定題材寫作之後，同學們應增加自己的閱讀量，拓寬臫的寫作思路。因為周記畢竟不同於日記，它的寫作范圍要寬得多。同學們可根據自己平時感興趣的題目或當前社會上比熱門的話題來進行周記寫作。如現在高科技是大家比較關心的問題，其中電腦（puter） 又是大家感興趣的東西，當然這方面的材料，課本上、報紙上比較多。選這類話題寫周記時，就有話可說，這不但能提高大家的英文寫作水平，也能拓寬大家的知識面。
四、辦習作園地，提高周記寫作興趣
為了檢查一下自己的周記寫作能力，同學們可自己組織辦一些習作園地，將自己認為較好的作品公布出來，讓大家來觀摩、評論，以發現優點，找出不足。其中一些大家公認為比較好的文章，可通過老師（或自行投寄）投稿到校文播站或學生雜志上去。這樣同學們便可得到成功的喜悅，提高寫作的信心，增加英語學習的興趣 。
只要同學們能做有心人，肯動腦筋，持之以恆，大家的周記寫作能力一定會在不長的時間內得到大幅度的提高。

Im really bored. Theres not many places to go to so Ive been stuck home all day. My parents are both at work so Im going to have to cook some food myself. Im a horrible cook so i think Im just going to cook some cup noodles. Also, a package came in the mail today! I love receiving packages, its so exciting. I ordered some makeup and clothing online and they came in today. I cant wait to try them out!
