However,evidence indicates that the internet can have a harmful influence on people.People over-using the Internet may have the problems of weakening the social ability,regressing in work and academic results,irregular diet,incorrect posture,Migraine,decline in vision etc.Every coin has two sides,so does the Internet.We must realize its harmful potential,and make good use of it at the same time to achieve a better and more meaningful life.

It was Saturday night in London. I was waiting to catch the bus home with my friend Laura. I was dressed as the cartoon character the Pink Panther, complete with pink cat ears attached to a hairband, a pink tail made of a long piece of pink cloth, and whiskers drawn on my face. Laura was dressed as a cat. It was, of course , Halloween, and we had been at a Halloween party.

The night of October 31 is a perfect excuse to dress up in silly costumes and have a scary party. Traditionally it was 「All Souls』 Day」, when the ghosts of the dead rose from their graves.

In the UK, however, it also means the end of British Summer Time. All the clocks are put back one hour on the last Saturday of October. You wake up on Sunday morning thinking that it is 8 am, and then remember with relief that you actually have another hour in bed.

The trouble is, the buses had not changed their timetables. The night bus drivers were still operating according to their original hours. However, the day bus drivers had already put their watches back, and were looking forward to that extra hour in bed. So Laura and I waited and waited and waited. People who went past stared, laughed, or made funny comments – 「Someone locks the cat out of the house tonight?」 or 「Who lets the cat out of the bag?」

Finally the bus came – three hours later. By that time we had made friends with local shop owners as they opened for morning business, as well as with a friendly tramp (流浪漢) sitting in the street with his dog.

Halloween may be a party night – just don』t forget the practicalities (實際情況) when you』re in the UK. It could get really scary.

Each human being is born as something new, something that never existed before. He is with what he needs to win at life. Each person in his own way can see, hear, touch, taste, and think for himself. Winners have different potentials. Achievement is not the most important thing. Authenticity is. The authentic person experiences the reality of himself by knowing himself, being himself, and becoming a credible, responsive person. A winner is not afraid to do his own thinking and his own knowledge. He can separate facts from opinion and doesn』t pretend to have all the answers. He listens to others, evaluates what they say, but comes to his own conclusions. While he can admire and respect other people, he is not totally defined, bound, or awed by them.
A winner can be spontaneous. He doesn』t have to respond in predetermined, rigid ways. He can change is plans when the situation calls for it. A winner has a zest for life. He enjoys work, play, other people, and the world of nature. Without guilt he enjoys the accomplishments. Without envy he enjoys the accomplishments of others.
Although a winner can freely enjoy himself, he can also postpone enjoyment. He can discipline himself in the present to go after what he wants but does so in appropriate ways. He does not get his security by controlling others.
A winner cares about the world and its people. He is not isolated from the general problems of society. He is concerned, compassionate and committed to improving the quality of life. Even in the face of national and international adversity, he does not see himself as totally powerless. He does what he can to make the world a better place.

一、 評價一節英語課是否一節優質課,本人認為主要從以下幾方面去衡量:(一)課堂過程有沒有體現現代教育理念和《英語課程標准》的原則.1.教學中有沒有體現到教師幫助學生學好「共同基礎」和滿足「不同需求」.2.有沒有營造良好的課堂教學氣氛.3.有沒有關注學生的情感,提高學生的人文素質.4.有沒有培養和發展學生的學習策略和自主學習能力.5.有沒有在教學過程中關注到學生所取得的成績進步,學習態度和參與程度,發現問題及時解決.(二)課堂有沒有充分利用多媒體CAI課件進行教學活動.《英語課程標准》中明確提出教師在實施新課程的過程中「要轉變教育教學觀念,以適應新課程提出的新要求」,而多媒體CAI 課件教學則有三點優越性:1.符合推行素質教育的要求.2.符合教學評價原則.3.符合教師教學改革的要求.教師是先進文化發展方向的先行者,必須「與時俱進」.因此,一節優質的英語課應該科學合理地使用電腦課件.(三)課堂准備是否充足,內容是否充分,節奏感是否強,是否高效輕松.(四)教學與應試是否達到和諧統一,即學生專業上是否有收獲,能力上是否有提高.二. 怎樣備好一節優質課.1.「吃透」教材,搜羅教輔. 不入虎穴,焉得虎子?備課應是以每個Unit 為單位,在集備之前每個教師都應先自行通讀單元的全部內容,找出重點、難點.搜羅同步的Language Power 練習,以及如《English Weekly》等教輔資料上的內容,以便做到集備時的心中有數,上課時就會胸有成竹,有的放2.集體備課,網羅篩選. 集體的智慧是驚人的,三個臭皮匠可賽諸葛亮,世界指明快餐業麥當勞和肯德基的成功和穩步發展是因為裡面有一批專門負責市場研究與拓展的智囊團出謀劃策的結果,一個人無論如何也不可能取得如此輝煌的成績.備課也一樣,必須有同備課組的成員一起動起來,眾說紛紜,各抒己見,自己才會括然開朗,如獲珍寶.但也必須對各教師的教學建議作出適當的篩選和整合才能形成自己的教學設計.3.廣泛搜集素材. 隨著時代的步伐,學科間的縱向橫向聯系不斷緊密,對學生和老師的綜合素質不斷提高,英語科的涉及范圍更是天文、地理、生活、工作、政治等各個領域.《高中英語標准》明確提出「教師要鼓勵學生通過體驗、實踐、討論、合作和探究等方式,發展聽、說、讀、寫的綜合語言技能,要創造條件讓學生能夠探究他們自己感興趣的問題並自主解決問題」.因此教師必須有一定的素材信息搜集能力,在課前廣泛搜集相關的圖片、文字、動畫、錄音、視頻等資料,以便為學生創造學習條件,同時也要求學生在老師的指導下學習搜集素材,以培養這方面的能力.4.突破重點、難點,研究教法. 每個單元每篇課文都有它的重難點,教師必須准確把握,並適時聯繫到高考題上面來,搜集近幾年相關的高考題目讓學生高度重視起來,使學生不但看得見,還摸得著.由於英語課基本上是脫離了語言環境的外語教學課,那麼如何依託有限的教材和環境,最大化地讓學生受益,那就要在課文材料上不斷加工擴展,而這個加工的過程要求的是學生自己去探索、體驗,由學生去完成,教師把握好自己的角色定位,做好一個指導者、幫助者,而不是一個包辦者.所以創設的學生活動也必須大大多於老師活動,讓學生不但學會主動學習,而且能夠享受學習的樂趣和過程,正好這個過程就為老師對學生的形成性評價生成了條件.5.精心准備教具,精心設計課件. 作課件前先要就本節課的需求進行分析,因為多媒體課件並不是適合所有教學內容,因此選擇合適的課題相當重要.其次是素材收集,聲音、動畫和圖形這些基本素材是課件不可缺少的部分,教師既要學會從互聯網上收集素材,也要適當學習自製素材.根據英語專業CAI 課件製作原則,在課件設計時要有針對性、交互性、簡潔性、藝術性等四大原則.三. 如何上好一節優質課1.更新教法.要把過去的「五步教學法」(即Revision Presentation Drills Practice Exercises)轉向任務型教學法,所謂任務型教學法,就是以學習者完成某些任務的形式來組織教學活動,要求學習者在學習過程中應該操作和執行哪些任務,就好象我們現在使用的北師大版新教材,一開始就是 Warming-up, 接著就是 Listening , Speaking 等,都要求學生完成一定的任務.這個任務型教學法突出了學生是主體;體現了主動的、積極的、參與式的、互動式的學習方式.2.創造開放、和諧、互動的語言氛圍. 教師應突破教學設計的程序化,採用互動的教學模式、開放的學習方式,更要放下權威的架子,以一顆寬容之心,一種多元的意識,向學生學習,允許學生有不同的觀點,傾聽學生的獨特感受.其實,每個學生都是很豐富的信息源,關鍵在於我們的老師如何挖掘、駕馭和利用.要讓學生時時感到他才是課堂上的主人,師生共同為外語課服務.3.展示真實、生動的教學情景.語言學習講求在真實的情境中進行,因此教學情境的設計應提供給學生明確真實的語言信息,使學生在一種自然、真實或模擬真實的情境中體會語言,感悟語言的功能.4.給學生創造參與交際的機會.語言習得研究的規律表明:學生參與程度與提高語言熟練程度成正比,當學生用英語積極地參與交際時,語言也被掌握了.因此,我們的老師在教學過程中要注意引發學生參與,促進學生參與,鞏固學生參與,並保證學生參與的時間(學生參與活動的時間應達到全堂課的三分之二或五分之四)和空間,使學生在整個教學活動中進行主動參與、全員參與、全程參與,進而達到激發學生主體意識,發揮學生主體作用,發展學生主體能力,使學生在參與中學會學習,學會合作,學會創新.如果我們的課堂教學能夠以交際為導向,同時又有明確的語法講解,學得與習得同在,要比只注重語法教學或迴避語法講解的沉浸式教學效果都好.5.培養文化意識的同時進行適當的德育和素質滲透.我們重知識輕能力,重成績輕素質的做法應該有所轉變.教學活動不僅是傳授知識,更應該做到如何依託教材的具體內容升華教育目的,擴大學生的視野,陶冶情操,增強責任心,培養能力,錘煉品格、修養等等,這樣才會最終體現教育的價值所在.還是那句話,教學的結果絕不能使我們的學生--- 有知識卻沒有文化,受教育但缺乏修養.6.課堂要有起伏的節奏,飛揚的激情.教學節奏就是教的節奏與學的節奏有機整合而成的一種組織節奏.教師如果能出色地把握好課堂節奏,必定會增強課堂教學的藝術感染力,提高教學效果.那麼,我覺得除了教師的桑音要達到抑揚頓挫以外,教學活動節奏應達到動靜相生.教學中的「動」能活躍課堂氣氛,使學生保持注意力;「靜」則有利於學生思維深入.一節英語課若一直處於動態,缺乏教師適時和適當的引導和點拔,缺乏學生的獨立思考的過程,就會造成教學瑣碎零亂和課堂無度無序的失控狀態.但如果一節英語課自始至終寂靜,課堂氣氛乏味、沉悶,學生則會失去學習的積極性,教學效果勢必不如人意.因此要做到動靜結合、動靜有致,這樣既可以提高節奏感,減少「平」、「淡」、「直」、「淺」,又可提高英語課堂的教學魅力.7.面向全體學生,不放棄任何一個後進生.在教學中如果多採用小組活動的學習方式,就能夠帶動落後生學習.在老師和全班同學面前他們不也發言,但在小組中還有發言的機會,他們會倍加珍惜.心中的壓力得到分解,他們自然就會全身心投入到學習交流中,從中受益,獲得進步.對落後生的的關注還體現在評價上,對落後生評價的目的不在於打擊他們,而在於鼓勵他們,讓他們重新獲得自尊心,獲得進一步學習的願望和動力,更體現在為他們創造機會,去體會成功,增添自信.在教學中充分利用他們的特長,擅長唱的讓他唱英語歌,擅長寫的,讓他寫英語句子.這樣,他展風采,老師得資源,其他同學得知識,師生一道構建知識,享受學習,享受平等.學生的潛力,就是我們老師教學的動力,更是直接豐富的課程資源.總之,要上好一節英語優質課非一朝一夕的事情,我們教師必須不斷地學習、不斷地探索、不斷地實踐,才能不斷地進步.

如果文章全部翻譯為中文,你能選對答案嗎內?
如果能選對,容那你不就是看不懂文章嗎,想想自己為什麼看不懂?單詞不認識?還是一句話每個單詞都認識,連起來就不認識了?單詞不認識就只能背了。後面一種建議多看英語文章。然後逐句翻譯來訓練,感覺絕大部分句子單詞翻譯過來就應該看懂了
如果選不對,那你不就是理解能力有問題嗎,思維和正常人不一樣的話(有那麼幾道題確實就和正常人想不一樣,但最多2,3道)。那你得練練理解能力了。。高中英語還是基本就是說啥就問啥的。
