英語閱讀，這個讓很多學生頭疼但有無可奈何的難題！我，最為一個過來人，也深有體會，有時候，一篇閱讀讀完了，你還是不知道在講些什麼，面對一道道問題，束手無策。我覺得做英語閱讀的時候應該注意：1），帶著問題去看短文（也就是說下先看為題，再去看短文），這樣不僅可以節約時間，還可以提高正確率！2），要學會在問題中去挖掘該文章的大意（在你沒有讀懂的情況下）3），學會猜詞，我們經常會在問題當中遇到生詞，我們要做這道題，首先必須要知道這道題到底在問什麼，所以我們要學會猜詞（要有那麼一點依據的，不要胡亂猜。4），要注意文章的第一段和最後一段，要學會在這裡面找重要的信息。（因為往往文章的第一或最後一段是概述或作者的觀點，看法（（（這一點也非常重要，差一點兒忘了）
『貳』 關於高中英語閱讀
凡事抄開頭都有個積累襲和適應的過程，不要太急躁，要不學不進去的。
英語的詞彙量很重要，專門准備一本小本子（不能很薄），平常做閱讀出現頻繁的詞、片語，查閱詞典後抄進去，閑暇的時候拿出來翻閱，不要覺得翻閱而已、肯定記不住，人都有短暫性記憶和持久性記憶，看的多了的東西比死記硬背容易記也記得牢得多。＜挑選詞典的時候多注意比對，例子詳細、相近詞區分詳細的則優＞
完型的話，培養語感。平常學習的課文內容熟讀，課後的註解要熟背。
英語語法那麼多，不可能全都顧全，有時做題你覺得你跨過了一個坑，卻沒想到轉眼又掉進了另一個坑。坑坑何其多。而在這種時候，語感往往起到關鍵性作用。
不要不耐煩喔、或許真的非常枯燥，但養成了好的習慣在取得一點成功的時候你會喜歡上的。

Food and Health
The food we eat seems to have profound effects on our health. Although science has made enormous steps in making food more fit to eat, it has, at the same time, made many foods unfit to eat. Some research has shown that perhaps eighty percent of all human illnesses are related to diet and forty percent of cancer is related to the diet as well, especially cancer of the colon. Different cultures are more prone to contract certain illnesses because of the food that is characteristic in these cultures. That food is related to illness is not a new discovery. "
In 1945, government researchers realized that nitrates and nitrites, commonly used to preserve color in meats, and other food additives, caused cancer. Yet, these carcinogenic additives remain in our food, and it becomes more difficult all the time to know which things in the packaging labels of processed food are helpful or harmful. The additives which we eat are not all so direct.
Farmers often give penicillin to beef and poultry, and because of this, penicillin has been found in the milk of treated cows. Sometimes similar drugs are administered to animals not for medicinal purposes, but for financial reasons. The farmers are simply trying to fatten the animals in order to obtain a higher price on the market. Although the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has tried repeatedly to control these proceres, the practices continue.

The angry woman stood by the station. 「 The railway owes me £12,」she said to Harry Jenks, the booking clerk (訂票員). 「My ticket was for May 22nd, and there was no ship from Jersey that night. My daughter and I had to stay in a hotel. It cost me £12.」
Harry was worried. He remembered selling the woman a return ticket. 「 Come into the office, madam,」 he said, 「 I』 just check the Jersey timetable for May 22nd .」
The woman and her little girl followed him inside. She was quite right, as Harry soon discovered. There was no sailing on May 22nd. How ever had he made such a big mistake? Wondering what to do, he smiled at the child. 「You look healthy,」 he said to her. 「 Did you have a nice holiday in Jersey?」
「 Yes,」 she answered. 「 The beach was beautiful. And I can swim too!」
「 That』s fine,」 said Harry. 「 My little girl can』t swim a bit yet. Of course, she』s only three-----」
「 I』m four,」 the child said proudly. 「 I』ll soon be four and a half.」
Harry turned to the mother. 「 I remember your ticket, madam,」 he said. 「 But you didn』t get one for your daughter, did you?」
「 Er, well-----」 The woman looked at the child. 「 I mean-----she hasn』t started school yet. She』s only four.」
「 A four year old child must have a ticket, madam. A child』s return to Jersey costs----let me see----£13.50. So if the railway pays your hotel bill, you will owe £1.50.The law is the law, but since we have made a mistake-----」
The woman stood up, took the child』s hand and left the office.

『柒』 關於高中英語閱讀理解
高中英語閱讀理解抄。不需要買其他襲的資料。
買本高中詞彙3500，新東方的就行。你至少也已經掌握了2000左右了，剩下1500，每天背100個，半個月背完。再過半個月之後，再背一次。你就基本上完全掌握了，這個時候你會發現，閱讀理解就是純小兒科啊，你所有單詞都認識，當然就能完全理解文章的意思。
另外告訴你一個背單詞的技巧，一本單詞書，會的就不要看了，不會的在單詞前邊用筆畫一個點，一天畫夠50或者100就行，然後背吧。
這是我的親身經驗，高中的英語成績就是從不聽課，自己背單詞開始，飛速的提高的。。
