一 問題的提出

環境對人的發展起著決定作用。對學習環境而言，校園文化環境（如講座、報告、閱覽室、圖書館、活動）、課堂和課本、教師和教學、班級和學生、共同構成學習的資源和條件。語文是生活語文是海洋，我們希望學生在一個良好的語文環境（語文生活化、生活語文化）中接受教育，然而現實的狀況並不令人滿意。在領導的關心與示範下，我校近年來對語文教學的重視與日俱增。但是，農村寄宿制學校的特有限制，農村學生無法改變的視野局促，理科先行的慣有思維，種種現實與理想的矛盾，呼喚語文老師必須有所作為，從日常工作做起，從小事做起，改善學校的語文環境。

二 活動過程

1、教研組討論。各抒己見，從個人的實踐到他校的經驗，廣泛交流，選擇精華並形成可行性報告，向高中三個備課組傳達。

2、備課組實踐。備課組長牽頭，在思想上強化意識，在日常工作中從點滴做起。

3、成立核心老師小組，各備課組核心教師為主要力量，設計方案，編組材料，全組老師一起跟上。

4、、教研組每學期組內交流，互通互評良好的做法，推廣經驗。

5、、結合組內各級課題研究（農村中學生作文失序問題分析及對策研究，寄宿制高中學生文學閱讀的限與度，農村重點高中學生語文習慣的養成與優化研究等）上升到理性層面，深入研討，理論升華，沉澱成教研組文化。

三、具體是實踐內容及方案示例

1、開閱覽課，擴展閱讀視野。教研組規定每學年度閱讀范圍，各備課組每學

期規定必讀篇目；教研組規定閱讀課紀律，閱讀活動組織章程。

2、辦文學社，激發語文興趣。選擇語文學習積極分子參加，選擇優秀教師精心組織講座

3、 裝備閱覽室，優化閱讀外部環境，激發學生閱讀興趣，優化學生閱讀行為。

目前我校閱覽室有可供兩個班學生120人同時閱讀的規定讀物近20種，是無錫市內規范閱讀的典範。

4、 出版作文集，印編學生作品集，激發學生寫作興趣。

5、 及時推薦優秀讀物，輔導學生訂閱報刊。

6、 開設班級讀書角，舉行課前演講

7、 舉行年級讀書比賽，作品以櫥窗形式展示。

8、 舉行校作文大賽，積極規范的組織江蘇省高中生作文大賽以及江蘇省中學生與社會作文大賽

9、以年級為單位開設讀書專欄，將閱讀點滴滲透進學生每天的生活，以編講義的形式，督促、規范、引導學生的日常閱讀。高一的讀書專欄名為「古今博覽」[高二讀書專欄名為「天籟」，高三名為「晨讀夜頌」。

四、反思與總結

1、 如上做法早就有人實踐，但又無效果全靠能否堅持及如何落實。我們強調「日

常」，就是將這些教學行為滲透到教師每天的教學工作中，滲透到每天學生的日常學習行為中，讓讀書成為一種習慣，一種生存方式。

2、 以上做法依然有開發研究的餘地，優化工作出效率。

3、 本著以上兩點想法，教研組繼續深入探討實際操作的整體規劃與精益求精，在閱覽課開設、課外閱讀的指導、學生社團活動、學生閱讀作文習慣的優化幾個方面深入探討，形成了較為成熟的意見，並以文字的形式與全組老師見面，來使全組32位老師統一思想，並便於操

（三）充實圖書，豐富閱讀資源。市教育局要求各地每年撥出一定的經費用於學校圖書的購置，滿足師生的閱讀需要，同時加強對學校圖書室、閱覽室的管理，使圖書報刊分類規范合理，擺放整齊美觀，管理有序，方便滿足師生借閱。各學校還注重流動書櫃建設，讓學生能夠共同分享書籍的美妙和讀書的樂趣。
（四）納入課程，確保閱讀時間。我市多數學校堅持每天開展不少於15分鍾的「晨讀活動」、開設「大閱讀課」，以此保障學生有必要的讀書時間；每周安排一節課作為閱讀指導課或讀書交流會，由語文教師進行閱讀指導、答疑解惑；定期向學生推薦介紹好書，引導學生開展課外擴展性閱讀活動。
（五）師生共讀，開展主題讀書活動。教師是校園閱讀的第一推動者，是閱讀的示範者。市教育局倡導全市教師養成「每天讀一點、每天摘一點、每天背一點、每天寫一點、每天講一點」的讀書方式，帶動指導學生閱讀，形成師生共讀氛圍，讓孩子們多一點書生氣，讓教師多一份書卷氣，讓校園多一些書香氣。通過開展「一日三讀」（晨讀古詩詞、午讀經典名著、晚間親子共讀）等形式多樣的讀書活動，為師生創設了交流和展示讀書成果的渠道。教師通過閱讀提升自己、超越自己；學生通過閱讀體驗「我讀書、我快樂、我成長」的樂趣。
（六）評比激勵，共同感受成功體驗。為激勵各地各校更好地開展「書香校園」創建活動，我市教育局每年都組織「書香校園」的評比、命名和授牌活動。各縣（市、區）也紛紛開展「書香校園」、「書香班級」、「書香少年」、「書香教師」以及「書香家庭」的評選活動。2008年以來，全市共有61所學校被評為市級「書香校園」，17所學校被評為省級「書香校園」。2010年我市開展「忠誠如山·感恩奉獻」讀書活動，樹立了10名「忠誠楷模」學生讀書先進典型。
