星火四級或六級(你想可持續發展的話)詞彙書,比較簡單但叫經典的詞彙不冷僻的書或雜志,比如新概
念第二冊,VOA英語文本(它的詞彙控制在兩三千左右,且常用)。一開始可以花大量時間認真背詞彙,
配合配套的磁帶或MP3聽背做鞏固,同時閱讀簡單文章練語感和鞏固詞彙,因為背了容易忘,只有用閱讀
才可做最有效的鞏固。背上個把月也差不多了,以後就堅持聽背和瀏覽性的速背,就是說從背詞彙轉移到
閱讀和精讀上去了。這是選好文章來精讀,這是關鍵,精讀是提高閱讀能力的根本途徑和關鍵,而詞彙是
前提,有了一定的詞彙量就要抓關鍵了。可以選新概念三或大學英語第四冊來啃,精讀的意思是你必須對
文章的每句話都理解透徹,句子結構分析無誤。如果選新概念三,建議買配套的《啃課文》輔導書,因為
你精讀文章時如果沒有參照的話自己是很難判斷自己到底是否弄明白文章的,精讀時切忌先看譯文,譯文
是在你研讀英文,讀完幾遍後,有些地方還是沒看懂或把握不準時才翻看的,而《啃課文》又給了你精確
到句、詞的分析,看完分析了,看懂了,你就算是讀透文章了。精讀一定要做,如果懶的話,可以讀少些
,少到一天幾句也成。精讀之餘要輔以泛讀,比如VOA的文本,不要選難度大的,自己讀起來不費力,而
文章又比較優美,詞彙涵蓋的范圍又和你背的詞彙的范圍重合的多的最好,因為目的只有一個,就是幫助
你鞏固四級詞彙。精讀啃上個把月(視個人情況而定),肯定進步很大,這時可以啃真題了,啃完後再復
習幾遍。
聽力的問題,推薦先用VOA慢速英語來練,語速較慢,先精聽,就是聽寫,聽不懂的再看原文,嫌累的
話少聽點,每天兩次,每次聽十分鍾也行啊,實在懶的話每天一次,實在很懶的話,就五分鍾吧。堅持一
個月,效果也很明顯。自己感覺有很大提高以後,可以換聽語速快些的,或者直接用真題的聽力來練了,
也是精聽,不過還可以輔以泛聽了,可以聽VOA的,慢不慢速的都可以,老推薦VOA是因為它好找而且比較
正宗,我說到的以上這些書和材料比市面上的四六級輔導材料都好得多。
比如你啃新概念三,啃過以後,你可以擇自己喜歡的來背寫,這樣就可以練寫作了。
這個過程要兩到三個月吧,四級應該是很容易過的。你如果基礎實在很差,那麼把新概念三換成新概念
二,新二看得差不多了,啃上新三得若干篇,這主要看個人得勤奮程度,太懶就啃少些,但你得去做。如
果基礎不錯,建議把新概念三啃完,背上(不是死背,是理解透徹的基礎上,出於興趣喜好或至少不反感
的比較自然的背誦,你既然背寫它,也應該朗誦它,實在太懶不讀也行,如果朗讀它,請聽著配套的音頻
,參照性的模仿背誦)若干篇。
勤快的話量就大些,懶的話就減點,但得堅持,每七天最多中斷兩天,否則的話什麼都免談。這樣堅持
下來,一定能考出不錯的分數(及格以上),夠勤快方法安排得比較靈活切合自身的話可以順著過六級了
。切忌一開始就做題,除非你水平達到過四級,如果是這樣的話,以上的方法跟選書一樣可以不變,只是
按強度大的來走,目標改作過六級,當然泛讀的閱讀材料可換成四級歷年真題,它實在是非常好的詞彙鞏
固材料,難度不大,看去沒什麼障礙,而文章可讀性也不錯,夠味,比市面上那些什麼閱讀××篇什麼各
類過級材料強百倍。時間較緊,按自己對英語學習和考試的理解寫了些,思路就是准備考試,如果時間比
較足的話,不要強調做題,先打打基礎,提提水平,水平上來了,再做題,歷練一番,適應一下,就可以
有把握的上考場了。還有學習所選的書和材料要和自己的實際水平相對應,誰都會強調要多閱讀,但原則
是要分類,一類是精讀,少而精,它決定你的閱讀能力所能到達的高度。另一類是泛讀,練語感,加深詞
匯的記憶和理解,加深對英語語言的感悟和理解,它最終決定你的閱讀能力所能到達的高度。所以,精讀
選高出自己水平的為宜,但不要高太多,你為四級而頭疼時,不要選六級難度的來啃,那樣只會令你更迷
茫,更受打擊,可以選大學英語第四冊前幾篇,新概念三前四十篇,或新概念二。我在這里只羅列了這些
比較常用的經典材料,自己可以再搜索別的,方法是一樣。書本教材都是工具,你的思路確定了,然後才
是選工具,工具選好了,就好好堅持就可以了。
