水，在我們的日常生活中隨時隨處可見，是再普通不過的東西。但是，水卻與我們息息相關，是我們最需要的東西。
水是生命之源，我們每天都要喝水，來維持正常的身體需求。水不僅可以用來喝、洗澡、洗衣、洗臉、澆花、澆禾苗，還是各種飲料、酒類、食品、葯品等必不可少的配料。看似普通的水，在工業、農業、釀造業等方面都應用廣泛。
