臨近年末，回首2009，我圓滿地完成了本學期的工作，回顧這學期的工作，使我感到既繁忙又充實，特別是參加了省里的教師培訓和學校領導的指導下，我的教學思想和教學水平都得到了很大的提高，並取得了一些成績。但也存在不足，為了使我在今後的教育教學工作中取得更大的進步。下面我將這一學期的工作總結如下：
一、思想政治方面
在這學期的教學工作中,我自始至終以認真、嚴謹的工作態度，勤懇、堅持不懈的工作精神從事英語教學。我積極響應學校的各項號召，積極參加政治學習，認真領會學習內容，以教師職業道德規范為准繩，嚴格要自己。思想積極向上，要求進步，這學期，我非常光榮地以一名入黨積極分子的身份在他人的入黨宣誓中表達了自己的感想，這樣的機會使我對黨的領導已經黨的感染有了更深刻的體會。在教學中，能夠做到為人師表，關愛學生，幫助學生對英語學習充滿學習熱情和信心，以健康文明的形象言傳身教。
二、業務素質方面
為了適應農村小學英語的需要，我不斷地鑽研新的教學理念，探索新的教學方法，不斷將自己的所學運用到課堂教學之中，並取得了很好的教學效果。10月份我積極參加省里組織的農村小學英語教師培訓，15天的培訓時間內我認真學習，領會其精神實質，學習先進的教學理念、教學方法。並在回來後積極與我校的其他英語教師研究教材、教法，同時，把我的所學所感積習的與他們分享，研究，以此來共同提高業務水平。
三、教育教學工作方面
這學期我擔任的是三年級的英語教學。經驗告訴我，對於這個年段的英語教學，如果不認真研究教法和學法，結合教材和學生的實際情況來教學，就會使學生失去對英語學習的興趣。興趣沒了，英語自然也不會學好。因此，我對教學工作不敢怠慢，認真學習，勤於專研，注重在實踐中積極探索新的教學方式，潛心研究英語課堂教學，深刻領會新課改的理念，注重激發和培養學生學習英語的興趣，自製教具，自編兒歌等，使學生在輕松、愉快的氛圍中學習和運用語言，樹立學習英語的自信心，注重形成性評價在英語教學中的運用，並能夠及時總結經驗，提高自己的科研水平。
四、考勤請假方面。
我在做好各項教育教學工作的同時，嚴格遵守學校的各項規章制度。處理好學校工作與個人之間的關系，一年裡沒有遲到過一次，做到了有事請假，堅持天天上班，一邊完成學校的各項任務，一邊准備教材和學習自己的專業知識。在新的一年裡，我應更加勤奮，為學校作更多的事，自己更加努力學習專業知識，使自己的業務水平更上一層樓。
五、努力提高方向。
1、加強自身基本功的訓練，注重對學生能力的培養;
2、對差生多些關心愛心和耐心，使他們在各方面有更大進步。
3、利用各種方法，訓練學生提高、集中注意力。
4、在教學上狠下功夫，努力使學生的道德修養有更大的提高。
總之，在今後的工作中，我會更加努力學習，提高自身素質，嚴格要求自己，完善自我，以百倍的信心與努力去迎接未來的挑戰！
