首先，大環境中英文無處不在。我們的社交，網路，流行音樂，工作環境中很多很多都需要應用到英語。其次，學習語言可以幫助增加理解力和洞察力，了解該語言的文化。還可以增加語言表達力。學習語言還有一個好處是，可以通過原文書了解國家文化，增長見聞。所以我認為，學習英文的好處很多，非常有用。

那麼對於孩子的英文應該如何引導和學習呢？怎樣的學習才是最有效的呢？

孩子學習一門語言的最佳年齡就是現在，當然，越早越好。如果恰巧錯過最佳年齡，也不用著急，因為任何時間段都可以開始進行學習，只不過孩子的聽力發育在12歲之前是最佳。可以有效幫助學習語言。

啟蒙階段，以聽為主，不要怕他聽不懂，先讓他的耳朵浸泡在英語環境。固定時間段，堅持聽。孩子在牙牙學語階段，也是從聽不懂開始。這個聽力習慣建立好了，就可以開始進行第二項習慣培養，就是讓他模仿 。最好的老師就是家長，你在開始教他說話的時候，或手舞足蹈，或誇張嘴型讓他模仿。這個階段就是聽和說，輸出和輸入同步進行。

小學階段，課本內容同步跟進，一般內容不會太難，這一階段除了會朗讀，慢慢加入背誦內容，背誦可以用場景背誦的方法，家長陪同角色扮演會事半功倍。這個階段對單詞的默寫不要太強求，做到看到會讀就可以，重點培養口語交流，可以相應增加一些親子類口語課程，這類書籍和網路課程很多，可以進行學習，然後應用到日常生活中。比如早上好，快起床，要遲到啦，今天你想吃些什麼等等，經常使用，孩子自然也會輸出了。

英語學習應該避免為了考試而學習。現在的學校教育，課外班等考級類學習班，還停留在單個字母背單詞方法，啃語法等枯燥式學習，這樣的學習作為成人都難以堅持，何必為難孩子？

英語學習從興趣入手，聽說讀寫的順序慢慢進入，家長陪伴式學習為主，在尋找輔導班時，需要進行多方位考察，比如教學形式，教師資質等，避免「託管式」學習，則能提高孩子語言學習效率。

家長應該抓住孩子學習的時機，學習語言越早開始越好，如果恰巧耽誤了，那麼就從現在開始吧。
