作為一名入行不久的小學英語教師,我深知自己需要學習的知識和經驗還很多很多。教學的各類書籍和期刊很多,而且眾說紛紜。但是,所有的實踐和經驗都要在課程標準的指導下。借寒假之際,學習了一下課程標准,我有以下幾點體會:

一、面向全體學生的重要性

面向全體學生,注重素質教育是國家義務教育階段的基本要求,教師面對的不僅是一個個學生個體,而是群體。每個學生的智力水平和情感因素都各不相同,教師的教學理念、教學目標和教學內容的設計和實施都必須面向全體學生。不能跟著學習最快的學生的節奏,而是綜合考慮到全班學生的學習水平。

二、要創設自主、合作、探究的學習方式

《英語課程標准》提出:「讓學生在教師的指導下,通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式,實現教學目標,感受成功。」它所強調的是教學過程是師生交往、共同發展互動的過程。教師在教授學生英語知識的同時,更加需要培養的是學生自主學習的能力,要讓學生能夠學會獨立學習。教學,教的不是知識,而是教學生會學習,並使其過程更多地成為學生發現問題、提出問題、分析和解決問題的過程。

三、更加以學生為主體的情境教學方式

在小學英語教學中,興趣、情境和活動是三個非常重要的因素。興趣是學習英語的動力,活動是提高小學生英語運用能力的主要途徑。教師要保持學生學習的興趣,就必須設計教學活動,並使活動情境化。設計和組織教學活動是一項創造性的勞動,有了情境,各種活動有了依託,活動就會生活化、趣味化和真實化。

四、培養學生的綜合能力,三維要求為一體

五、要有多樣化的教學評價方式

《小學英語教與學》一書以小學英語的「教」與「學」為主線,幫助小學教師從理論與實踐的結合上總結了各種教學經驗,使教師的教學有法可學,有經可取。作為一名小學低年級的英語教師,我發現一、二年級的學生,無論課堂內外,總是那麼生氣勃勃、活潑可愛,想像力豐富,這是他們的優點。但同時低年級的小學生又存在自控力低、有意注意時間較短的特點。因此,我重點學習了與我的教學息息相關的章節,並把他們運用到教學當中,運用以活動為載體、激活課堂教學情境的模式,提高課堂教學效率。

一、活動激發興趣,情境適當調控。

《小學英語教與學》指出:活動是轉變教與學方式的關鍵,只有課堂動起來,學生的思維才能活起來。要想激發學生的學習興趣,就要力求使學生處於動眼、動手、動口的主體激活狀態。因為充滿趣味性的情境教學,可極大調動眼、耳、口、手的動作。在初級階段,教師可以給學生一些提示,讓學生在豐富的教學情境作用下,使學生很快達到情緒的興奮,主動探求知識,主動解決懸念、困惑的方法或途徑,主動研究問題;在有了一些基礎後,可以讓學生根據自己的愛好、想像創造動作、情景,創造性的解決問題。學生在愉快的創造、想像過程中,身心比較放鬆,主體意識大大增強,潛移默化地使自己增長了知識,拓展了思維空間。

我發現手指在教學中有很大的妙用,如在教授一年級下冊《Unit8 Shapes》時,就可以讓學生用手指擺出各種圖形、畫出各種圖形,邊說邊擺,學生就會興高采烈的擺來擺去、畫來畫去。在畫圖形時我又把圖形與單詞的發音結合起來,如triangle有三個音節,我們正好是三筆把它畫完,學生邊畫邊有節奏的把這幾個單詞說出來,很快就可以記住了。當他們對單詞初步掌握後,就可以讓他們玩我畫你猜的游戲,即用手指在對方的背後畫圖形讓對方來猜。經過多種形式的練習,學生逐步掌握了單詞。

在教授本單元Let』s say的幾種動物時,我讓學生設計幾個動作來表示這幾種動物,學生的興致很高,很快達成協議:伸兩個手指ostrich,伸四個手指是pig,伸八個手指是octopus,兩個手交叉放在一起時是peacock,由於是自己設計的動作,再做起來、說出來時就會更加起勁,注意力就會更加集中,效果自然就會更好。但是《小學英語教與學》也指出要從學生的第一節英語課開始培養學生的良好的學習習慣,因此教師在組織這些活動的同時一定要做到活而不亂、動靜結合。如果不能做到收放自如,就會適得其反。當發現有的學生過於興奮不能自控時要及時調整,可用善意的眼神、親切的話語進行提示,也可通過樹立好的榜樣影響其他人,如當我們表揚某某學生一直說得很好、某某學生一直坐得很好時,我們會發現榜樣的力量是無窮的,全班學生都會立刻做到最好。

二、運用豐富的肢體語言和精彩的語言創設情境。

《小學英語教與學》指出:師生之間每時每刻都在進行心靈接觸,在眾多渴求知識的目光里,老師是他們眼中的一盞燈,任何語言及表情都會產生一連串的連鎖反應。要在課堂上創造一種輕松的、幽默、寬容的氣氛,教師的身體語言必不可少。教師的身體語言即教態是無聲的語言,它能對教學情境起到恰到好處的補充、配合、修飾作用,可以使教師通過表情讓情境的表現更加准確、豐富,更容易為學生所接受。

精彩、恰當的表情和動作能引起孩子的注意,讓復雜的東西變得簡單起來。英語是語言教學,英語教學更需要豐富的面部表情和肢體動作的配合。教師親切而自信的目光、期待而專注的眼神可以使學生產生安全感,消除恐懼感,縮短教師與學生的感情距離。教師熱情洋溢的微笑、友善慈祥的面容可以使學生獲得最直觀、最形象、最真切的感受;瀟灑得體的身姿手勢,無時不在感染著學生,可以使學生加深對知識點的理解、記憶,引導學生全身心地投入到情境中去。

教師的教學語言及表情要幽默、有感染力、充滿鼓勵性,要能與學生融合,能夠被學生所接納,讓他們喜歡我們,才能夠吸引學生的注意力。教師充滿趣味性的語言會使學生跟隨教師的引導進行學習,教師啟發性的表情有利於學生創新意識的發揮,老師眼神里流露出無限的探尋與啟發能激發學生的求知慾,教師一個鼓勵的暗示能讓學生變得勇敢自信。

三、通過故事、歌謠,創設情境。

《小學英語教與學》第一章將如何以各種教法激發學生的學習興趣。教學上要不斷變換教學內容的呈現方式,讓學生感受到英語學習的多姿多彩,就能激起孩子對英語本身的興趣。在課堂英語教學(尤其在起始階段)中,我常常採用書中所指導的各種方法,如故事與歌謠教學(或唱英語歌)、游戲教學、課前或課後猜謎語等教學方法來創設情景,激發學生的學習興趣。

在一年級的教材中,有很多單詞教學是與歌謠教學相結合的,可愛的英語歌謠自身富有音樂節奏,抑揚頓挫的語音語調具有一定的吸引力,讓學生感到是在欣賞一首動聽的歌曲。我發現一些單詞對於一年級的小學生來說很難記住,那麼怎樣讓單詞教學吸引學生呢?我就把一個個單詞編在一起,成為一個個小故事,這些小故事輕松有趣,又有一定的教育意義。再把這些小故事用電腦課件做出來,輔以教師自身的素質和充滿激情的教學,如豐富的表情,幽默的語言,大方得體的教態,這每一舉手一投足,使整個課堂就宛如一場生動的故事會,學生從中體味無窮,不知不覺中他們的興趣和聽說能力就有了較大的提高。再用簡單的歌謠說出來,孤立的單詞之間有了聯系,有了情景,有了韻律,就變得簡單易學多了。

如在教授一年級下冊第五單元Let』ssay中的單詞時,我就講了這樣一個故事:一隻昆蟲(aninsect)出國了,帶回來好多東西,看:他穿著夾克衫(ajacket),吃著冰激凌(anice—cream),開著吉普車(ajeep)回來了。但昆蟲(aninsect)是一個粗心的人,把冰激凌(anice—cream)弄了一夾克衫(ajacket),它趕緊擦啊擦啊,可是他忘了它還開著吉普車(ajeep),哎呀,快看!他的車(ajeep)翻了!他也哭了!我一邊用充滿感情的生動的語言和誇張的表情講故事,一邊用電腦課件把它演示出來,學生也跟著我的故事做出各種相應的表情,並產生了強烈的學習的慾望。這是我適時地把歌謠說出來:insect吃著ice—cream,穿著jacket,開著jeep;ice—cream撒了,jacket臟了,jeep翻了,insect哭了!學生們情不自禁的一邊和我說、一邊做出可愛的動作和表情,枯燥的單詞變得生動有趣、琅琅上口,學生很快就記熟了單詞,同時也懂得了粗心帶來的後果。

在看到創設情境教學收到好的效果後,我又在教授第十一單元Let』ssay時如法炮製,設計了一個卡通的.大西瓜,它有好幾只手,它要出去旅遊,一隻戴手錶,一隻手拉小提琴,一隻手打著傘,邊走邊唱:watermelon,watermelon,打著umbrella,拉著violin,看看watch!happy!學生們興奮異常,跟著手舞足蹈,齊聲吟唱。同時,《小學英語教與學》告訴我們:創造是學生快樂的源泉,因此,我鼓勵孩子們自己編故事和歌謠,激發他們的創造性,提高他們的積極性。總之,在課堂教學活動中,教師若能把一些枯燥的、但具有一定聯系的`知識編成一個個簡單易學的順口溜,學生就會愛學,知識也會易學。教師和學生由於輕松學會知識而產生的積極向上、歡樂愉快的情緒又在潛移默化中更加激發學生學習英語的興趣和熱情。

四、充分利用教材內容創設情境。

小學英語教材從突出對學生的興趣培養出發,教材本身蘊含著豐富的情境內容。教師應如何充分利用這些情境呢?《小學英語教與學》倡導任務型教學,教師可以為學生搭好平台,創造性的對書中的情境加以運用,讓學生在教學活動中參與和完成真實的任務,就會收到很好的效果。

如一年級的上冊的第六單元是Happy birthday!,我就讓學生開了個Birthday party,我讓學生自己設計情境,發揮自己的想像力,分成各種不同的過生日角色,來練習本課的會話。他們設計的都很有創意,每組都有每組的精彩所在。在原有的會話內容中,加入所學的知識,將枯燥的會話演繹得別有生色,再加上毛茸玩具和生日蛋糕等道具,使課堂氣氛一下子活躍起來,學生積極動腦去想、動手去做、動口大膽的去說,創造性思維很好的發揮出來。

一二年級的教材中都有表示家庭成員的詞彙,教師可以讓學生帶來"合家歡"照片,並讓學生互相介紹自己的家庭及父母的職業等;教授數字時,可以讓學生做趣味數學題;教授表示顏色的詞彙時,教師可讓學生談論各自喜歡的顏色、服裝、學慣用品等;教授表示衣服的詞彙時,可讓學生動手用紙、布等製作小衣服並開個服裝展示會;教授表示食品、飲料的詞彙時,教師可拿來實物或模型,師生之間和學生之間用這些實物進行對話,互相了解各自的喜好;教授表示運動的詞彙時讓學生模仿各種動物開個運動會……

總之,只要教師開動腦筋,藉助新穎的教學手段、巧妙設計任務,書上的知識就會活起來,就能激發學生的好學情緒,使之受到訓練。這樣既培養了學生的能力,又發展了他們的智力,使學生的主動性與積極性得到調動。

《小學英語教與學》告訴我:英語教師只有將自己的教學工作與教育科研結合起來,邊科研、邊教學、邊實踐,不斷的探索教育教學的科學規律,使自己成為一個研究者,才能更好地搞好英語教學。正是遵循了這一原則,我的英語課堂活了起來,我的教學能力有了質的提高,我的學生愛學英語、會學英語,他們能更加主動、輕松地參與學習活動。為了他們,我學習、研究的腳步將永不停止。

一、教師必須明確小學英語的教學目的和基本要求

小學英語應符合兒童生理和心理發展的實際,通過聽、說、認、讀、唱歌、游戲、表演、畫畫等活動,激發和培養學生對英語學習的興趣和對語言的敏感性,使學生養成良好的語言學習習慣,初步形成較好的語音、語調基礎,並使其具備用所學英語進行簡單交際的初級能力。同時在教學過程中,努力開發學生的學習智力,發展他們的思維能力、想像能力和創造能力,為學生進一步的英語學習打好基礎。

二、在教學時,要重興趣、成就感、自信心的培養

托爾斯泰說過:「成功的教學所需要的不是強制,而是激發學生的興趣。」小學英語教學應採取一切可用的方法,激發學生對英語學習的強烈願望,使他們愛學、樂學,而學習興趣的保持又在很大程度上取決於學習的效果,取決於他們能否獲得成就感,能否樹立自信心。因此,教師要對學生多做激勵,使學生體驗到成功的喜悅,並逐步樹立他們的學習信心。

三、課堂教學,實際生活密切相關

《英語課程標准》要求教師「創造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動」,吸引和組織他們積極參與,要能夠使學生獲取處理和使用信息、用英語與他人交流,用英語解決實際能力。只有接近生活的,真實的,復雜的活動才能整合多重的內容和技能。這將有助於學生用真實的方式來應用所學的知識。課堂教學向課外體驗延伸,教師可設立交際任務。把課內的虛擬情景放到課外的真實體驗中,以分組合作的形式,安排學生按英文購物單到超市完成采購任務,使學生充分體驗英語交際所帶來的成功感。

總之,書中闡述了很多教與學的方法,我覺得對於我的英語教學來說是非常有益的,在以後的生活中應該多多閱讀與參考此類書籍。

仔細閱讀了《小學英語課程標准》,讀後感覺獲益頗多該書有以下三個特點:一是「准」,即准確地體現了《國務院關於基礎教育改革與發展的決定》課程改革綱要(試行)的精神,准確的解讀了新課程標准;二是「新」,即體現了素質教新觀念、新理論和新要求;三是「實」,即內容充實,資料翔實,語言朴實,有很強的實用性。

該書分四篇,共十四章。分別詳細介紹了國內外外語課程比較,《英語課程標准》的改革方向,內容標準的具體描述,《英語課程標準的實施要點》。看了該書,使我更清楚地知道了英語課程標準的精神,對第三篇的內容標準的具體描述更是了解深刻。比如書中在非常仔細地對語言技能,語言知識,情感態度,學習策略,文化意識進行了說明。

聯系實際,我覺得教師是英語教學的實踐者,教學質量的高低在很大程度上取決於教師素質的高低。隨著社會的不斷發展,社會和家長對少兒英語教學的要求不斷提高,新的教學理論和新的教學手段不斷出現,英語教學對教師素質的要求也在不斷地提高。看完這本書,我也更清楚地知道一名優秀的小學英語教師應該具備良好的心理素質、語言素質、文化素質、理論素質、駕馭教材的素質、教學實踐素質和教育技術素質。

努力做一名優秀的小學英語老師,首先要做到提高自身素質。實施素質教育。教師的素質提高不上去,素質教育也就無從談起。其次,要注意學習方法的傳授,教會學生如何學習,使其養成良好的學習習慣。比如從一開始,有效的聽磁帶讀課文。通過布置聽錄音的作業,讓同學們自已聽磁帶,在上課時及時檢查,這樣很快學生就會養成良好的聽磁帶的習慣。第三,多組織一些課外活動,如英語角,歌曲大賽,抄寫比賽等等。第四,掌握發展規律,深入了解學生。第五,激發學生的學習興趣。興趣是點燃智慧的火花,是克服困難的一種內在知識的動力。學生對他所學的東西一旦有了興趣,就會不知疲倦,越學越愛學。第六,採用科學的評價策略,從忽視情感評價轉向重視情感價客體轉向評價主體。

第七,從只注重學生學習結果轉向既注重學生的學習過程。從單純重視語言知識轉向重視學生全面素質的提高。學生在教學活動中的主體地位體現在學生以多種方式積極地參與教學過程。

教師是主導,學生是主體。但一切教學目標和任務的完成畢竟要通過學生實現。因此,教師的主導作用只有根據學生主體的心理特徵和內在需求,因材施教根據小學英語課堂具體情況,創造出學生最滿意、收效最好的教法和技巧。

仔細閱讀了《小學英語課程標准》,讀後感覺獲益頗多。

首先就此書的特點而言,它將素質教育理念與國內當前英語教學環境相結合,使新課標具有更強的實用性。同時,新課標的內容更為充實,指導性更細致明確,在實際推行過程中也更容易落到實處。

其次,就此書對我自身的教學影響而言主要有以下幾點:

第一,教學目標的設置更為明確。我在實際教學中曾出現教學達不到預設目標的情況,而在讀過本書後這一困擾便隨之清除。第二,教學重點把握更為准確。小學英語教學主要以培養學生的學習興趣及學習自信為主,注重語言的運用能力而並非是讓學生們會做題目。第三,教學形式更靈活多樣。在這一課程標准下老師講學生聽的傳統式課堂完全不能滿足當前的英語教學要求。於是,我便採取更多靈活的課堂組織方式,如小組討論、表演展示、知識競答等,既調動了學生學習的積極性,又活躍了課堂氣氛,還培養了學生自主學習的能力。第四,教學評價更完善。在新課標的指導下,我改變了以前以分數論英雄的評價模式,從更多的角度去評價學生的學習行為。

It’s Bondi’s pure love to him that saves his love. On the other side, it’s his love to Bondi that saves himself. Therefore, we can say that love is mutual and rewarded.

Hospitalized, Hemingway fell in love with an older nurse.

The effects of Hemingway's lifelong depressions, illnesses and accidents caught up with him. In July 1961, he committed suicide in Ketchum, Idaho.

About the book The old man and the sea is one of Hemingway』s most enring works. Told in language of great simplicity and power , it is the story of an old Cuban fisherman ,down on his luck ,and his supreme ordeal ---a relentless , agonizing battle with a giant marlin far out in the Gulf Stream . Here Hemingway recasts , in strikingly contemporary style, the classic theme of courage in the face of defeat , of personal triumph won from loss . We should be independent .Don』t lead a luxurious life and in hope of marring a rich man, thinking that your husband would change your fate, your social position. That』s silly.
