A. 英語通知作文怎麼寫

英語的通知可分為兩類，即書面通知和口頭通知。寫作格式及要求如下：
一、通知的標志
書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，多用notice作標志。為了醒目起見，標志的每個字母可以用大寫NOTICE(但如發出通知的單位以首字母大寫形式出現在通知的標志之上，則也要首字母大寫形式Notice)，並常寫在正文上方的正中位置。標志後可以編號，也可以不編號。口頭通知用Announcement作標志，但通常省略不說。
二、出通知的單位及時間
發出通知的人或單位的名稱，一般寫在標志的上方或在正文後面的右下角；發出通知的時間要寫在正文的左下角，也可按書信格式寫正文的右上角。不過，這兩項有時可以省略。口頭通知不說這兩項。
三、通知的正文
正文要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內容(多為書面通知的首句)、出席對象及有關注意事項。布置工作的通知要把工作內容和要求寫清楚。正文一般可採用文章式，為了醒目也可採用廣告式。廣告式要求簡明扼要，一個句子可以寫成幾行，且盡量寫在中間，各行的第一個字母一般都大寫。
四、通知的對象
被通知的單位或人一般用第三人稱；但如果帶有稱呼語，則用第二人稱表示被通知的對象，口頭通知就常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。涉及要求或注意事項時，也常用第二人稱表示被通知的對象(祈使句中常常省略)。
五、通知的文體
書面通知用詞貼切，語句簡潔，具有書面化；口頭通知用詞表達要注重口語化。口頭通知的開頭往往有稱呼語(被通知的對象)，如：「Boys and girls」，「Ladies and gentlemen」，「Comrades and friends」等，或用提醒聽眾注意的語句，如「Attention,please!」「Your attention,please!」「May I have your attention,please?」等，且最好有結束語，如：「Thank you(forlistening)」以示禮貌．
寫作範例
1、題目要求：
高二（三）班的全體同學將於2002年11月20日在學校圖書館舉辦一次活動，活動包括詩朗誦、講故事、唱歌、舞蹈，現以全班同學的名義邀請全體高中同學參加，屆時，將請各班主任作為教師代表出席，請參加的師生每人准備好一個節目。發布通知的日期為2002年11月11日。 （字數70-100字）
