英語四級報名成功是不能進行退款。

大學生英語四級上半年報名時間大學在3月，下半內年報名時間大約在容9月，具以當年教育部版考試中心公布為權准。CET筆試每年開考兩次，分別於6月和12月舉行，具體考試時間中心將會在每年年初另行通知。6月份開考科目為英語四級、六級，日語四級、六級，德語四級、六級、俄語四級、六級以及法語四級，12月份僅開考英語四級和六級。

1、考試對象限制在普通高校內部四年制或以上根據教育大綱修完大學英語四級的在校大學本科生或研究生。

3、同等程度的夜大或函授大學學生經所在學校同意，可在本校報名參加考試。
