炎熱的夏天，往往使人們變得懶惰，而我們這些小孩子卻一刻也閑不住，與夥伴們一起上山捕蟬捉蝴蝶，累了就到樹木里休息，林里的景色更是美不勝收，那裡有好多種小鳥棲息繁衍，還有許多漂亮的野花，蝴蝶和蜜蜂在空中翩翩起舞，到處鳥語花香。
大雁南飛，秋天已到，在這收獲的季節里，我們也跑到了山上，不為別的，就為了吃到山上的野果子，採到野蘑菇，雖然大地會慢慢失去往日的風采，但我們都很開心，因為我們得到了大地的恩賜與獎賞。
寒冷的冬季是一片白色的世界，到處都是銀妝素裹，景色十分迷人。

我上完大學，考完研究生。

我不禁思念起自己的家鄉-仙桃。
我心想：故鄉會變成什麼樣子呢？各個地方又會有什麼樣的巨大變化呢？最後，我決定回到自己的故鄉看一看。
我乘著飛機，心裡砰砰直跳著，忐忑不安，不知自己見到故鄉會是什麼樣的心情。

美麗的鄉村，雖然沒有城市的繁華，但有它獨特的幽靜。
春天這里山清水秀，花香鳥語，處處洋溢著一種生機勃勃的美，處處流露出一種自然淳樸的靜。
遠處的山上，一片綠色，但不是那麼寂寞，因為有一群群活蹦亂跳的鳥兒在樹枝上唱著歌。

每年暑假，我照例要回老家。

鄉村吃飯時也很特別，由於地理位置特殊，有些人家沒有露台，所以經常夾著一小部分菜放在碗里，再拿上一張竹子編成的有靠背的椅子，到鄰居的露台上，一邊吃飯，一邊看著遠處一座座綠色的小山坡，鑲嵌著一塊塊綠色的農田，還感受著和煦的微風，心裡舒暢極了。
如果碗里的菜吃完了，就會到別人餐桌上，夾一些菜，再聊聊天，之後再慢慢悠悠地走到露台上，天高地闊地吃起來。
鄉下和城裡的空氣截然不同。
每次我從鄉下到城裡，都會在離開家不遠處悄然入睡，一直睡到城裡。
即便離開家鄉數百里，但感覺心裡裝滿了清新醉人的空氣。
鄉村就是這么的獨特。
北京變了 北京——一個具有悠久歷史古國的首都，為了迎接奧運的到來，早已發生了翻天覆地的變化。
以前，馬路旁邊的植物比較少，可能是因為污染沒有現在這么嚴重。
現在馬路旁邊的植物可多了，有香香熏衣草，有又高又瘦的樹，還有許多不知名的小花，擺在了一起，給無聊的行程增添了一絲樂趣。
在以前，有些人可能不自覺，排隊時他插隊，或者是吐口香糖等破壞環境的事情。
現在這種事很少了，坐公交車事，能看見座位幾乎滿了，只有老幼病殘座位是空著的，還有一些需要排隊的事，大家都自覺的排好隊伍，沒有人插隊。
在天安門廣場，吐口香糖的事也不多了，大家都自覺的用紙把它包起來。
在路上，亂丟垃圾的變少了，大家都能按分類把垃圾扔進垃圾桶.北京市區的環境已不是幾年前所見的環境了，整潔度大為提高，一些新建築的林立增添了這座城市的都市味。
部分建築物的造型和色彩使城市脫離了原先比較呆板的「火柴盒」和「統一灰」，注入了不少活力。
街頭巷尾，常可見三人一組的老人穿著統一服裝，手臂上掛著紅袖章，坐在一起聊天，也許給他們的任務是注意觀察治安動靜。
北京市民和外來民工這些年為了北京變美，為了環保和平安奧運，著實下了番功夫。
聽媽媽說，從前每到夏日，街頭巷尾賣西瓜的小販多數打赤膊上陣，一條大褲衩，挺著個大肚吆喝路人買瓜。
北京的軌道交通發達起來，，冬暖夏涼，做地鐵的人就越來越多。
不像以前只有兩條地鐵，坐地鐵的人也多的擠不下，冬天涼，夏天熱，。
現在已有：1線、，2線、4線、5線、8線、10線、機場線和八通線。
還有23條地鐵正在建設、規劃……我們的北京將要更加發達。
