在上半年的英語四級考試中，作文採用了圖畫式作文的模式，這對考生來說應該不會陌生，但如何能將此類作文寫出高分，還是有一定技巧的。本文闡述了圖畫作文的三段式寫作技巧，希望對備考2015年6月英語四級考試的同學們有所幫助。
對於圖畫作文，基本可以認為是我們小學時練習的「看圖說話」。雖然題目不會給出提綱，但是基本的寫作思路是固定的：描述圖片、闡明觀點、給出建議。
第一段，重點描述圖畫內容。這點在題干中也有強調（with a brief description of the
picture）。對圖畫內容的描述可以引用圖畫中人物的對話。簡要描述即可，不用發散或挖掘。也就意味著，事實上你若看不懂圖畫中的「核廢物」之，其實沒關系，照抄就好。
第二段，闡明觀點。而觀點在題干中事實上給得很清楚：the importance of doing *** all things before

這進一步說明仔細審清題干比看懂圖畫中的對話更重要。闡明觀點之後的思路與一般的六級提綱型寫作一致，如我們一般在課上所提的，可以先舉例說明現象、然後再探討導致現象的原因以及該現象可能導致的影響等；還可結合數字、研究、名言等進行論證。
末段，除了總結觀點外，一般還可以提出建議。這段的寫法無論是圖畫、圖表還是提綱寫作、甚至格言諺語型寫作，都差別不大。
