概念]
倡議書是為倡議、發起某項活動而寫的號召性的公開提議性的專用書信。
[格式]
倡議書一般由標題、稱呼、正文、結尾、落款五部分組成。
(一)標題
倡議書標題一般由文種名獨自組成，即在第一行正中用較大的字體寫「倡議書」三個字。
另外，標題還可以由倡議內容和文種名共同組成。如「把遺體交給醫學界利用的倡議書 」。
(二)稱呼
倡議書的稱呼可根據倡議的對象而選用適當的稱呼。如「廣大的青少年朋友們：」、「廣大的婦女同胞們：」等。有的倡議書也可不用稱呼，而在正文中指出。
(三)正文
正文內容一般包括以下一些方面：
1.寫倡議書的背景原因和目的
倡議書的發出貴在引起廣泛的響應，只有交代清楚倡議活動的原因，以及當時的各種背景事實，並申明發布倡議的目的，人們才會理解和信服，才會自覺的行動。這些因素交待不清就會使人覺得莫名其妙，難以響應。
2.寫明倡議的具體內容和要求
這是正文的重點部分。倡議的內容一定要具體化。開展怎樣的活動，都做哪些事情，具體要求是什麼，它的價值和意義都有哪些均需一一寫明。
倡議的具體內容一般是分條開列的，這樣寫往往清晰明確，一目瞭然。
(四)結尾
結尾要表示倡議者的決心和希望或者寫出某種建議。倡議書一般不在結尾寫表示敬意或祝願的話。
(五)落款
落款即在右下方寫明倡議者單位、集體或個人的名稱或姓名，署上發倡議的日期。

英語倡議書格式是：由標題、稱呼、正文、結尾、落款五部分組成。時態一般用將來時或一般現在時。

C. 英語作文倡議書格式是怎麼樣的

倡議書格式包括倡議目的、倡議內容、提出呼籲三部分；首先是稱呼語，然後正文部分直接引出倡議目的，接下來列舉倡議內容，提出呼籲，最後是落款跟署名。

1、引出倡議目的

常用in order to引出的不定式短語或用with / for the purpose of引導的介詞短語。

2、列舉倡議內容

倡議其實就是提建議，因此，可用be supposed to (應該），it is suggested that... (建議），it would be better if... (如果．．．．．．，那就更好了）等。倡議的內容通常都不只一個，因此可用in addition，besides，additionally，whats more，furthermore，moreover來列舉這些內容。

3、提出呼籲

提出呼籲可用It is (high) time that...句型，該句型中that從句的謂語動詞要用過去式或用should加動詞原形，should不可省略。也可用in a word引出呼籲的內容。
