你好，很多同學在四級一天天的臨近中不知道復習該從何處著手，我說分階段、分模塊。
具體的就是將你的時間規劃好，分為基礎階段、強化階段和沖刺階段，確定每個階段的各個模塊的目標。具體計劃因人而異。
下面我對基礎階段展示一下。這個階段一般是一個月，主要在單詞和聽力上下功夫。單詞這個階段採用狂背的方法，重點背誦四級詞彙，每天一百詞左右，背誦三遍。輔助一遍四級重點詞彙，這個階段是非常重要的。
聽力由於有了四級的基礎，這時練習聽抄非常有效，先不看文字，就是聽，一直到聽出來為止。
基礎階段正式結束，強化階段正式開始。是整個四級復習中最重要的一個階段。同學們一定要根據自身情況制訂切實可行的計劃，並嚴格實施，這是非常關鍵的。
四級的閱讀是重中之重，大多數同學的問題不在於讀得不夠多，而是在於不夠精，大家做真題閱讀不僅是最近四六年的新真題是有價值的，而且06-13年老真題中的閱讀也是有價值的，甚至05年及以前的老真題也是有價值的，裡面有不少還是經典，出題思路是一致的，就是在字數上不夠長——這就需要我們大家巧妙地控制時間。真題是寶貴的資源，大家一定要利用好它。有的同學每天一套閱讀理解，完全沒有必要。比較好的、合理的數量是每周兩套真題閱讀理解，把它弄懂、吃透、完全掌握就足夠了。
我提出的閱讀三問，就是閱讀方法、閱讀技巧或規律、閱讀類型(包括文章類型和題目類型)，這是大家都要問問自己的問題。關鍵的是能否在這三者之間建立聯系。
閱讀方法：skimming, scanning, close reading
閱讀技巧或規律之三大規律：定位、置換、三一律。
閱讀題目類型：細節、推理、主旨、詞義、情感。
實際的閱讀中許多同學超時，是因為沒有計劃好的緣故。實際考試中，大家可以用40至45分鍾來做閱讀，如果要用到50分鍾以上，就一定要與老師聯系，來把自己獨特的時間分配表定下來。為什麼閱讀可以用超過35分鍾來做呢?這是由於我們可以從詞彙上省下一點時間。
下面說說詞彙，這個階段由於詞彙的首次背誦全部結束，所以要做的工作就是在重要的遺忘點進行快速地過單詞——這樣過單詞可以成為非常有效地鞏固記憶的方法。對於已經掌握的單詞，可以飛快地通過;對於還未掌握的單詞，就要給予足夠的重視;對於掌握了又遺忘的單詞，要加以鞏固，使它重新回到記憶中來。
詞彙的練習就是做真題，因為詞彙的復現率確實太高了。建議大家做20套真題詞彙題，實際上重復的有三分之一，大家做的也就是14套左右，也就是420道左右的不相重復的題目。在這些題目學習的過程中，一定要將詞語的英文意思、搭配和用法拿下來。
