In my opinion， there are four causes：

First， graates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graation do they realize it's hard to find jobs.

Second， petition among graates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any indivial graate to find a job.

As the day of graation draws near,college students have to make decisions about their future life.Whether one wants to bee a postgraate or look for a job largely depends on one's personal interests.

For those who are eager to bee economically independent and to put into practice what they have learned in college,taking a job will be both satisfying and rewarding.For years,they have been using their parents' money to support their ecation-and not without a sense of guilt.Moreover,at many times ring their study,they must have been embarrassed by the lack of money or the guilty feeling of spengding their parents' money on 「luxuries」.Getting established as a bread-winner after graation is their main desire.
