提高聽力的方法：
1、聽寫是個好方法
聽寫的一大好處是可以幫助我們識別語音。只有聽准了英語語音，才能把正確的詞句記錄下來。長期堅持聽寫，能培養對英語語音的下意識反應。開始學聽寫很難，最重要的是辨音能力，要提高耳朵的敏感性。這屬於物理性練習。沒有辨音能力，一切將無從談起。
2、堅持精聽
有了一定的聽力基礎後，可練習精聽。每次只聽一句話，但一定要聽懂。先聽簡單的話，在聽長句、復雜句。開始要聽許多遍才懂，熟練以後可以一、二遍就懂。接下來，練習聽幾句話，聽段落，也要求一、二遍完全聽懂。
由於精聽是完全靠耳朵聽懂，而不是參考記錄文本，因此對提高聽力理解力很有幫助。所有聽力練習的目的都是為了提高聽解力。聽寫只是手段，不是目的。到一定程度以後，應減少聽寫量，更不能依靠聽寫記錄文本去理解。
