❶ 英語會議通知怎麼寫

首先要在首行寫上被通知的對象，例如To: All Managers。
第二行開始言簡意賅地寫明事件。如同之前我們介紹的寫商務信函一樣，要記得遵守5W原則，也就是where、when、who、what、how。如：
The next Monthly Management Meeting will be held[) at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 5, at Meeting Room A.（下一次月例會將在4月5日星期一上午10點在會議室1舉行。）
如果通知內容是變更會議時間地點，則可參照以下例文。

如果需要提前預告會議內容，則不妨另起一行，將會議安排陳述以下。
Following is the agenda for the meeting:
1. Purchase of New Office Computers
2. Extension of Summer Holidays
3. Budgetary Control
以下是會議議程：
1.討論為辦公室置備新電腦
2.討論關於延期暑期休假
3.討論控制經費預算
末段可以寫上與會者需要做哪些准備工作。
If there are any other items you would like to be placed on the agenda, let me know by e-mail by the end of this week. Thank you.（如果你有任何希望放進會議議程的項目，敬請在本周末前郵件告知我們。謝謝。）
若是沒有更多內容，則可以寫上Looking forward to your participation.（期待您的出席。）等結束語表示禮貌。

❷ 培訓通知內容怎麼寫

培訓通知內容要寫清楚時間、地點、內容，具體範例如下：

培訓內容：《經濟合同法》通例培訓、合同談判風險規避 培訓時間：20xx年5月25日，9:00-11:30。

簽到時間：20xx年5月25日8:40。

培訓地點：行政樓二樓會議室。

名額分配：機關科室7人，XXX事業部6人，XXX事業部。

6人，XXX事業部6人。

通知寫作要求

通知是我們經常可以看到的，在學校、單位、還有公共場所都可以看到。通知的類型也很多，上級對下級的某項工作的要求和安排叫指示性通知。這種通知要注意把要求和措施部分交待清楚，可以分條也可用小標題的形式，這樣才能便於下級執行。

會議性的通知大家都見過，一般就是目的、會議的名稱、內容、參加人員、會議時間、地點等，要注意的是要把這些寫正確，通知錯時間地點就是你的失職了。通知還有批轉性通知、轉發性通知，這類的通知就是有話則長，無話則短，也就是要簡明扼要，直接陳述事宜即可。
