今年,我擔任初三英語教學工作,針對2009-2010學年度第一學期的期末考試成績,結合本屆初三學生英語學習的現狀,我作了以下反思。
1、學生對英語學習缺乏自信心和學習動力;在英語課堂上不積極參與,缺少主動發言的熱情或根本不願意發言;另外,相當一部分學生在聽新課時跟不上老師的節奏或不能理解教師相對較快的指示語。
2. 學生對英語課堂知識的掌握不實在、理解不全面,課外花的冤枉時間多;而大部分學生對書本知識不夠重視,找不到英語學科復習的有效載體,不能有效的利用課本,適時地回歸課本,英語復習缺乏系統性,英語學習缺乏主動性。
3. 部分學生在復習時缺乏系統安排和科學計劃,或者學習和復習沒有個性化特點, 導致學習效果不明顯。
基於以上情況,我認為作為學生中考的把關者,教師首先要有正確地意識,應充分認識到:一節課有沒有效益,並不是指教師有沒有教完內容或教得認真不認真,而是指學生有沒有學到什麼或學生學得好不好。如果學生不想學或學了沒有收獲,即使教師教得很辛苦也是無效教學;或者學生學得很辛苦,卻沒有得到應有的發展,也是無效或低效教學。
針對以上問題,我們可以從以下幾個方面進行提高:
一、在教學的設計中要充分為學而教,以學生如何有效獲取知識,提高能力的標准來設計教學。其實在教學中,備課是一個必不可少,十分重要的環節,備學生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性,記得一位優秀的老師曾說過:「備課備不好,倒不如不上課,否則就是白費心機。」我明白到備課的重要性,因此,每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上,認認真真鑽研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的。
二、多鼓勵後進生開口說英語,並能及時地表揚他們。每天做好後進生的補差工作,絕不把今天的事情拖到明天來做。
三、在復習過程中,還要採取一些必要的措施來鞏固和增強復習效果。如做到:(一)根據復習內容,布置適量的難度適中的練習;(二)循環考試,即每學完一部分後,進行階段性測試,對試卷進行評分登記,以充分調動學生的學習積極性和自覺性。
四、在整個英語復習中還應遵循一條原則:擺正師生關系,做到以教師為主導,以學生為主體;以教學大綱為基礎,以應用為目的。在歸納、檢查、分析、對比、討論、總結中因勢利導,因材施教,從而達到提高學生自學能力,提高復習效果的目的,在中考中取得優異的成績。
總之,離中考的日子是已經越來越近了,雖然我們已經逐認識到課堂教學的重要性和對學生指導的緊迫性,但是離相對滿意的初三英語課堂的目標還存在一定的差距。因此,我們需要不斷地更新理念,提高自身的理論水平和實踐能力,為學生的英語發展和輕松面對中考作出更大的努力!

Objectively Speaking

People in this world can be divided into two categories: those always working and those always making comments. The working ones never have time to idle away. Some may run a hotel, or do some business; some may open a factory or set up a school; others may be absorbed in scientific research, or devoted to military affairs or political issues. Right or wrong, successful or failed, they are always fully committed to their careers. Facing all kinds of risks(not because they neglect them, but mainly because they have the courage), and shouldering the responsibilities, they march forward, bravely and cautiously. They are risking their luck and their lives as well. They have neither time nor energy to comment on others. While attentively planning the future, they devote themselves wholly in hard work, leaving the embroidered stories and malicious gossips flying in the air. The commenting ones, however, usually work less, and even if they want to work sometimes, they simply are not capable enough. They are no better than anyone, but show admiration to nobody either. They blame either the heaven, or the earth, but never themselves. They dare not to take any risks, but they are also afraid of any hard work. They are gossip-mongers, making stories and spreading rumors, making you feel annoyed and upset. It's not because that you have hurt them, or disturbed them, or hindered them, but because you are working. If only you are working, he is there commenting. Everything is hard at the beginning. You have just started a new cause, needing encouragement and support, yet he is there pouring a jar of cold water or blowing a gust of chilly wind, making you worried or perplexed. When commenting on what's right and what's wrong, the commenting ones themselves don't really know what is wrong and what is right. They are simply demanding perfection. When criticizing the others' inability, they themselves are actually unable to do anything, but simply pretending that they know better. This can well be compared with the actors and spectators. A new program is always followed by large amounts of criticism from the spectators. But if a spectator is given a chance to perform, a disaster will surely happen. Diners are always commenting on the skills of the chefs while readers are always criticizing the writers. Another case in point is the forty-chapter sequel of A Dream of the Red Mansions , which were written by Gao E who did a nearly perfect job. Nevertheless there are always such people who claim to be the experts on the novel, criticizing the latter forty chapters as a wretched sequel to a fine work. What if we ask them to write the sequel? I'm afraid they can only make it worse. It's easier said than done.

Capable and wealthy people are always the focus of the society.

Capable people are usually marching ahead of others and may not be properly understood, hence causing various kinds of comments, more criticism but less support;

Capable people can easily succeed, thus causing both admiration and comments, more jealousy but less appreciation (only their good luck is recognized);

Capable people can be sought for help and attract the attention of the society, thus causing a lot of comments, more complaints but less gratitude (even though they didn't ask anyone for help, if only they were not able to help others in a satisfactory way, it's already their fault);

Capable people can also suffer setbacks (some even experience ups and downs many times), experiencing fully the warmth and coldness of the human world, more hurts but less helps.

Wealthy people are non the easier. No doubt there are cruel-hearted rich men, but it is also wrong to think that no wealthy people are kind-hearted. They are capable of devising and managing and they often need to take risks to get the chance. But who care about these?

Whenever a group are dining or entertaining, everyone will take it for granted that the rich should pay the bill instead of going Dutch. If the rich doesn't pay, then he'll definitely be regarded as a miser;

Among good friends and relatives, the rich should often help the poor, otherwise he will surely be blamed for his cruel-heartedness;

From the ancient times, people have been used to killing the rich to save the poor, without thinking about how the rich became rich and the poor stayed poor. 平心而論

世界上總有一些人在做事,總有一些人在說事。做事的人不閑著,或者包個飯店,或者搞個買賣,或者辦個工廠,或者建個學校,或者專心科研,或者從軍從政。也許對,也許錯;也許成功,也許失敗,但很投入。他們擔著天下的風險(並非都是忽略,大多還是敢於面對),扛著雙肩的責任,奮然前行,又戰戰兢兢,常常是在賭運、也賭命。他們沒有時間去說別人的事,也沒有精力去理會別人的事。他們抬頭看路,埋頭做事,任由別人的飛短流長。

說事的人,常常是不大做事。或者也曾經想做事,但做不來。他們可能誰都不如,但又誰都不服。怨天怨地,不怨自己。他們不敢擔任何的風險,又不肯出少許的力氣。一件事,他們能從頭說到尾。先是烏鴉叫,後來喜鵲噪,一會一變臉,令你心煩鬧。

並不是你傷害了他,並不是你干擾了他,並不是你阻礙了他。但只要你在做事,他就會來說事。萬事開頭難。當你剛剛起步,正需要鼓勵與支持的時候,他會一盆涼水,一股陰風,讓你渾身不舒服。而一旦你業有所成,他又會滿面春風地來分一瓢羹,好象不曾給過你那片下雨的烏雲。

世上有許多人不喜歡動腦,卻習慣於人雲亦雲。他們常以為錯在做事的人,理在說事的人。但平心而論,怎麼會這樣呢?不做事,本身就是錯。再打擊做事的人,不是錯上加錯嘛!

從古至今,許多能人,偉人,都被無休無止地評論著。如孔夫子、秦始皇、武則天、成吉思汗、孫中山、毛澤東、鄧小平等,說是的有,說非的也有。也堪稱譽滿天下,謗滿天下。

說人是非,並非明白是非,不過是求全責備而已。說人不行,未必自己真行,不過裝腔作勢而已。就如演員與觀眾,每個節目出來,都會有一大堆褒貶。但真讓觀眾上台,可能又演不成了。食客總是在評論廚師的手藝,讀者總是在評論作者的長短。再如《紅樓夢》的後四十回,乃高鄂所續寫。公平地說,幾近天衣無縫。但就有那麼些人,甚至打著紅學家的招牌,一定要說後四十回怎麼不行,怎麼狗尾續貂。真不行嗎?就讓這幾位「紅學家」寫寫看,他們恐怕連鼠尾都拿不出來。侃山容易,搬山難啊。

能人、富人,永遠都是社會的焦點。

能人可能超前,為世人所不理解,會引起議論紛紛,支持的少,攻擊的多。

能人可能成功,引起世人的羨慕,也會引起眾多評論,佩服的少,嫉妒的多。(只承認你的運氣和僥幸)

能人可能被求助,受到世人的關注,從而導致事後的品評,感謝的少,抱怨的多。(你沒有求人,但別人求你的事沒辦或沒辦好,都是你的錯。)

能人也會遭遇挫折,(有人甚至三起三落)感受人心的冷暖,洞知世態的炎涼,幫扶的少,推牆的多。

富人也不輕松。固然也有為富不仁者,但也不能說所有的富者都不仁。他們還有經營能力和運作手段,並且常常要充滿冒險地去把握先機。但誰管這些?

一群人吃飯或游樂,大家一定會認為要富者買單,而不是 AA 制。如果你不買,那就是吝嗇。

在親朋好友的圈子裡如果有富者,那就必須經常周濟他人,否則就會被指責無情無義。

自古就有「殺富濟貧」,不管富是怎麼富,貧是怎麼貧。允許一部分人先富起來的政策,讓人們的心態好多了。但仇富觀念的消除,還要漫長的歷程。

能人、富人都是人,既不神聖,也非完人。他們都有自身的毛病,也會犯各種錯誤。但平心而論,還有一種錯誤是別人強加的,那就是眾人的期望。期望他們這樣,期望他們那樣,期望變成了失望,就成了他們的錯。對他們求全責備也好,對他們非份希求也好,其實都不應算作他們的錯。

我主張鼓勵做事的人,哪怕他們真的有錯。

我奉勸說事的人,自己也努力去做些可做的事。

我希望人們能平心而論天下事,不要偏激,不要摻雜個人的恩怨,不要取捨於個人的得失。我更希望做事的人,不要太在意別人一時怎麼說、甚至怎麼罵。要相信,是非自有公論,只是個時間問題。

引領學科教育教學理論的學習和掌握,以及教育策略方法的有效利用、教科研指導工作。教研員要永遠立在學科前沿,引導教師的「教學研」,學生的「學思情」。教研員要具備豐富的教育理論和學科知識,了解本地區的「教情」和「學情」,教研員要有敏銳的觀察力、透徹的理解力、清晰的分析力,能夠及時有效地解決教學問題,能夠歸納、總結、推廣英語「教學研」經驗。教研員要有組織、協調、調控的能力,能夠提出切實可行的學科「教學研」工作計劃方案,把工作做到實處。一、時刻為做好英語教研工作準備著終身學習對教研員很重要。豐厚的英語教學理論知識和專業知識,是做好教研工作的前提。首先,要學習國家有關教育的政策法規,如,國家基礎教育五年發展規劃綱要、教師法等。其次,要探究和深研有關英語學科教學方面的理論和策略,如,英語課程標准、英語教學法等,最後,要及時吸納、獲取英語「教學研」領域的新信息,如,各種媒體、刊物、學術研討交流等有關內容。要增加英語教研的能動性,必須儲備大量的專門知識。1.有目的性地學習。教研員職業需要的有關知識,要隨時強化。2.隨意性的學習。把握機遇和條件,時時拓展學科知識如英語學科知識、教育教學理論知識和實踐經驗。3.急需性的學習。由於階段性工作需要,補充、加深、強化學習英語教育某些領域的知識。總之,要做一個稱職的教研員,必須時刻「裝修」工作背景,打底蘊,擴展視野,進行有計劃學習,普學和專學相結合。掌握不同英語教學流派的教學思想和方法的同時,要提煉出精銳要素,為本地區的英語「教學研」服務;進行有針對性學習,以有利於解決教學中出現的問題,進行有韌性的學習,對某個教育現象和問題,進行長期探討論證,對研究目標和策略不斷調整和完善。二、時刻聚焦英語課堂教學並進行研究課程教學是學生英語學習的主陣地。作為教研員,只有全面了解、掌握課堂教學情況,才有工作的著力點。因為課堂教學可以比較充分地反映學生的學習過程和效果,從而看出教師的備課、教法運用、學生學習指導等策略。依據英語課堂教學和學生學習實際,制定教研計劃和策略、研究專題、教學評價和學生學習效果檢測,才更具科學性。研究英語課堂教學離不開看課。不同類型的課,如新授課、復習課、鞏固課,不同策略的課,如同課異構、異課同構,目的不同,設計思路不同。新課程理念下的英語課堂教學,應該是學生學習過程的「展示課」、教師自主教的「教學課」,兼顧各類學生並具有教師的個性化色彩;教學目關注 本刊策劃笪常規教研如何引領常態教學26 遼寧教育 2016年第 2期 學術·教研標適當照顧「尖、中、困生」,保底不封頂,為各類學生設置不同的學習任務,重視差異性;保證英語課堂教學是「學生的課」,而不是照搬的「模式課」,也不是為聽課教師設計的「表演課」。確保英語課堂教學從學生的學習實際出發,一切圍繞學生的學習、一切為了學生的進步與成長。目前,基礎教育英語課堂教學受高考分數影響,側重卷面分數嚴重些,尤其低年級就開始大量考分技能演練,班內分數排序,某種程度制約了小學生的英語綜合能力培養。英語教研員應該把握工作契機,在學生的英語素養和考分之間,協調好權重,使學生「學會、會學、樂學」,為進一步學習英語打下堅實的基礎。三、時刻關注學生學習英語能動性的發揮人是社會性動物,差異性客觀存在。學生的差異性不同於成人,還有成熟的早晚,早熟的神童有可能長成「笨熊」 (差生),愚童有可能長大成「精鷹」 (優生),大器晚成,也很難測,如愛因斯坦等。因此,英語教學要給各類學生留有發展的餘地和空間,不過早下結論,不用分數「絆鎖」學生,把學生拖拽得身心疲憊,學習興趣索然。英語教育初級階段,既要重視打基礎,又要順應學生的個性需要和學習能力,保護學生的自尊心,激發學生學習興趣。有的學生學說英語,就好像有人唱歌永遠不在調上一樣,很難順利說准,如果英語教學一味地保「弱者」,「強者」的時間和精力有可能被大量浪費掉。英語教學要設置不同的學習策略,解放「強者」,「輔助」弱者。既然學生學習強弱是客觀存在的,就要強化學生的主觀努力,依據不同學生學習的「最近發展區」,設置學習任務,並有選擇性,如,有選擇性作業等,也會照顧學生的個體差異。對於學生的英語學習進行縱橫向比較,讓學生認識到自己學習的強弱項在哪兒。英語教研教學要擺正學生群體和個體之間的關系,個體發展需要絕不可忽視。四、時刻扶助英語教師的「教學研」能力提高英語教師是英語教育的踐行者,直接作用於學生的學習。促進英語教師素質提高,是教研員不可推卸的責任,一個教師的工作要影響到數十、數百或數千名學生。首先,充分了解各層次英語教師情況,做好英語教師培訓需求分析,制定階段性培訓計劃。在組織培訓實施過程中,要注重效果,研訓一體。由集中培訓到校本研修,即時解決英語教學中出現的實際問題,跟蹤研訓,突破重難點、關鍵問題。合理劃分英語教師層次,有的放矢地進行培訓。教學組長、學科組長、備課組長、優秀教師、青年教師等,不同地域、不同年級等。每位教師也要有自己的科研課題,年組、學校要有團體科研項目,力求個人問題個人解決、年組解決、學校或以上教研部門協助解決。發揮教師群體優勢和個性特長,共同做好英語研訓工作。教研員要輔助英語教師的「教學研」成長,而不是代替、套框、強制,尊重教師的個體差異,允許教師對個人教學中出現的問題,充分認識,有計劃調整教學策略,逐步改正、完善。力避教研活動的數字化、頻率化、模式化,注重教研活動的有效性,根據英語教師的教學需要,提供適時的協助。五、時刻用英語教育新理念助推本地區英語教研工作教學活動既是科學性活動,也是藝術性活動,蘊含著豐富的人文性。英語教學是隨著時代的進步和發展的。教研員要避免課程教學的滯後性,就必須時時獲取大量的英語教學新理念、新思路、新做法,為英語教學注入生機和活力。網路時代,信息傳播飛速。要從大量的教學資訊中,捕捉適合本地區的「教學研」的信息,目的性和實用性要強。利用現代科技教研,也不失為一種好辦法。建立電子英語教研專欄,不斷進行增改,利用電子郵箱、QQ群、微信等,及時溝通信息,由信息員專門管理,群關注 本刊策劃27 遼寧教育 2016年第 2期 學術·教研策群力,用集體的智慧建管英語教育信息「超市」,使教師能夠按照個人的需求,自由選取。由過去給教師「送禮物」 (教學經驗),到教師自行「選禮物」 (教學必需品),比較符合英語教學的特性。由於教師教學的對象、內容、時間不同,決定著教學的情境性和實踐性的不確定。千堂一模的教學方法,不僅框定了教師,也束縛了學生。在強調學生的學習過程和認知能力,以學定教,用新、奇、趣吸引學生的注意力的同時,調動學生的各種感官協同參與學習,進行學習情緒體驗感受、知識探索和能力強化。但也要注意「新」的度的把控,既要新穎有趣,又要有較強的實際效果。六、時刻學習積累推廣先進「教學研」經驗教師的教學智慧體現在教育教學活動中。長期的教學實踐,廣大英語教育工作者積累了大量的教學經驗。教研員要定期組織教師參加各級各類教研活動,使國內外、本地區英語教學經驗互鑒、互融、互用,以利於促進英語課程的發展。英語教學反思,也是一個很好的經驗積累過程。通過一系列的教學過程回顧,分析、 總結、加深對教學實踐的感悟。反思的內容可以是教學片段或某一教學手段策略,也可以是整節課或多節課的綜合回饋,分析利弊,總結經驗教訓。教師個人對自己教學活動的分析評判,更有益處,做縱橫向比較,才具有比較真切的意義。英語教學專題研討,也是教學經驗互融互惠的過程。各種視角下的各類課研專題,通過不同的課類教學,如微課、慕課等呈現,既是教師學習的過程,也是教師智慧參與的過程。另外,英語教育科研課題的開發,也是促進教師教學經驗積累和拓展的很好途徑。教研員要幫助教師有效通過科研課題,推廣利用教學經驗,提高英語教育水平。七、時刻履行英語教研員的崗位職責教研員承擔英語教育研究是社會角色,使命感很強。搞好本地區英語教研文化建設,是履行教研工作的首要職責。怎樣使教育科學研究成為每個教師的日常習慣行為,是教研員努力的方向。
