畢業的鍾聲如期而至，我考上本地最好的一間初中，我沒有回補習班裡報告我的好成績，因為那裡有我太多不好的回憶。
上了中學，我的數學仍然很不好，在人才濟濟的省重點中學里顯得很「突出」。暑假時，媽媽再一次為我找了一個補習老師。
這個老師為人很好，教學也很有一套，我不用學得很辛苦，但效率很高。在那裡，我度過了最輕松的一個補習時光。
無論補習班的效果如何，它始終剝奪了學生們的休息時間，家長們知道孩子成績不好，要補習，也要知道適可而止。有針對性的補習和正確的學習方法才能真正提高學生的成績。我見不少家長給孩子報滿補習班，到頭來也只是適得其反。在這一方面，家長們應多征詢一下孩子的意見會比較好。

今天是我成為初中生後的第一節英語課。本來我就很不喜歡英語，很討厭上英語課，加上英語成績很差經常被老師數落，所以我也就越來越討厭英語，感覺上英語課很枯燥，討厭那些要我死記硬背的單詞。那些英語單詞我聽起來如同昆蟲的嗡嗡聲一般，讓人煩躁。老師還沒有來時我的心裡就非常緊張了。

就在這時，一位坐在窗戶跟前給我們把風的同學突然喊了聲「老師來了」。話音剛落，老師的腳就踏進了教室的門檻。在老師踏進教室門的那一瞬間，我們好像感覺到了一股殺氣撲面而來。這時我偷眼看了一下窗外，天空好像也陰沉了下來。緊接著教師里馬上變的鴉雀無聲。我的心害怕極了，感覺站在我面前的不是老師而是凶神惡煞一般的惡魔。

教室里其他的`同學也好像和我一樣很害怕，這時只見老師用「惡狼」一樣的眼神環視了一遍教室里的各個角落。然而，環視完之後老師卻面帶微笑地對我們說「大家好，我是你們的英語老師焦老師。」然後又像開玩笑似地說：「你們暑假歇了兩個月了，腦子是不是生銹了？先讓你們活動活動腦筋吧。」她的一句話說的我們班學生都很驚訝，同時，緊張的氣氛也緩解了，大家都高興地笑了起來。我也非常高興，原來我們的老師不是凶神惡煞而是像朋友一樣讓我們感到親切、感到輕松。

隨後，老師就帶領我們開始「活動頭腦」做游戲，當然是和學習有關的游戲了。她在英語課上要我們說出不是三的倍數的數，要我們挨著都說，並且她還讓我們每個學生說兩個英文字母，就像接龍游戲一樣讓我們一個接一個的往後說，念到了後面，教室里只留下了一兩個學生了，其他的都被淘汰了下來。不知不覺中，一節課過去了，而我們還沒上課就下課了，意猶未盡。在這種快樂的學習環境下，我喜歡上了英語課，也學到了很多的知識。

大家班裡有一個叫傑恩的頑皮男孩兒，還有一個來源於國外的艾倫男。大家來的較為早，傑恩都還沒來。這時候，喜愛和傑恩一起玩的艾倫國外就趕到我們班，來找傑恩玩了，他問：「where is Jay」大家對他說，傑恩都還沒來，他有一些發火，嫌傑恩來的很晚。這時候，傑恩恰好走入門，艾倫就回過頭來，把傑恩按在地面上。急得傑恩大喊：「Alanis a moke! Alanis a moke!」艾倫也生氣了，把傑恩的鞋子脫掉，取走了。引來大家開懷大笑。

傑恩又擔心又羞澀，就站立起來，單足跳著回了課室。他一進課室，就一臀部坐到桌椅上，說：「累死我了，站都站不住了！」大家又一次笑了。

「同學們，今天我們來玩一個『警察捉小偷』的游戲好嗎？」「好」同學們都議論紛紛，互相猜疑著。游戲規則是這樣的：老師教會我們讀幾個單詞，然後寫在黑板上。由一個同學當警察，讓警察閉上眼睛，再選一個不同組的同學當小偷。讓其他同學讀20遍單詞，這些時間讓警察去找小偷。當靠進小偷，讀聲小一點；當離小偷很遠，讀聲大一些。找到小偷加分，沒找到扣分。老師選了我當警察，黃鄭雄當小偷，游戲開始。

「teddybear玩具熊……」同學們一遍又一遍地讀著，我的目光橫視八方，尋找可疑的同學。我在尋找的時候，有的同學竟把「玩具熊」念成「黃鄭雄」。魏陽傑趕緊捂住了嘴。全班同學哈哈大笑，連老師也忍不住露出了笑容。我回頭看了一下黃鄭雄，只見他兩手縮在抽屜里，眼睛又東張西望的，十分可疑。只剩下五遍了，我健步如飛地接近黃鄭雄。我偷笑了一下，因為我判斷黃鄭雄一定是「小偷」，可是當我到了

他身旁的時候，同學們的朗讀聲依舊是那麼大。難道是我判斷錯誤，可惜已經來不及了，20遍讀完了。當老師宣布答案的時候我真的驚呆了。小偷竟然是「黃鄭雄」，怎麼可能呢？在一旁的同學說：「其他組的同學都很狡猾，為了讓別組不加分。就算到了「小偷」身旁朗讀聲依舊那麼大」。我瞄了一下黃鄭雄，他在偷笑著呢？「原來如此」我不服也得服。受了同學的影響，我到目前為之還是把「玩具熊」讀成「黃鄭雄」。
