⑵ 簡寫 在這次培訓中收獲什麼

這次培訓中我收獲很大。下面我從五個方面來總結： 這次培訓內容也很深刻，培訓的效果將極大地提升了我的教育教學水平。嶄新的教育理念和先進的教學模式觸動著我的心靈。作為一位生物教師的我深深感到學習的重要性。在培訓過程中，不光學到了許多關於學生心理的知識，更大的收獲是懂得今後在開展工作的過程中一定要遵循學生的心理發展特點
一、主動才能得到收獲
「師者，所以傳道受業解惑也」，我們要有「道」可傳，有「業」可授，時能解「惑」，就必須不斷學習，不斷充實完善自己，而研修就是非常好的途徑。課程團隊給我們組織了這么好的一個平台，我們沒有理由不好好利用。唯有主動才能搶佔先機，唯有主動才能取得豐碩的研修成果。這種主動包括主動學習課程視頻和文本資料，主動參與在線研討、班級研討，主動學習、收集、整理平台上每日發表上傳的好資料，同時主動做出自己的評價，在這一過程中還要主動接受專家的引領，主動與同行交流等等。
二、交流才能常進步
學習，需要耐得住寂寞，關起門來用心鑽研是必要的。但不能永遠關起門來搞建設，我們還要嘗試走出去和引進來，這種走出去和引進來就是交流的過程。而交流是我們學習成長的催化劑，讓我很多平時百思不得其解的問題，可能因為對方的一句點撥就豁然開朗。
總之，通過和其他學員交流，我不斷思量著自己在工作中的不足之處。努力提高自己的業務水平，繼續向優秀的教師學習，來更好地適應現在的教學工作。
三、學習—實踐—再學習—再實踐。
通過這次學習，我進一步了解了「合作學習」、「主動探究」、「師生互動」、「生生互動」等新型的教學模式的內涵。我充分認識到自己仍需要不斷的學習，特別是隨著社會的發展，學生的視野更加開闊了，如果我們教師只靠僅有的知識和業務水平，就遠遠跟不上時代的需求，也許常常會在學生面前出現黔驢技窮的尷尬。所以，我定會將所學所得，應用於自己的教學，並竭盡所能地去影響身邊的每位同行。因為只有不斷的學習，才能提高自己，才能適應教育的發展。
四、採用新型的教學模式
作為老師，只有不斷的更新自己的知識，不斷提高自身素質，不斷的完善自己，才能教好學生。多年來，老師教，學生學；老師講，學生聽，這已經成為固定的教學模式，這種教學模式限制了學生的發展，壓抑了學生學習的熱情，不能煥發學生的潛能。 高效課堂這種新的教學模式給學生更加自由的學習空間，為課堂注入了新的生機與活力，體現了以學生為本的理念。在今後的教學中我會自覺地把新的教學模式引入課堂，改變課堂的面貌，使課堂氣氛活躍；教學民主；學生的學習熱情高漲；師生關系融洽。充分體現素質教育的根本目標。課堂是教師體現自身價值的主陣地，今後我會本著「一切為了學生，為了學生的一切」的理念，將自己的愛全身心地融入到學生中。今後的教學中，我將努力將所學的新課程理念應用到課堂教學實踐中，立足「用活新老教材，實踐新理念。」力求讓我的教學更具特色，形成獨具風格的教學模式，更好地體現素質教育的要求，提高生物教學質量。
五、研修之路是成功之路 通過這次網路培訓，我認識了優秀的熊兆鵬老師，也認識了很多學員他們都給了我誠摯的鼓勵，使我在研修中知識得到提升，思想得到升華，頭腦得到充實的同時，情感也時時受到關愛暖流的滋潤。我非常感謝他們！這次研修，很值！

By attending computer training class, we will get a better understand of the components of computer, then we will know what might be the cause when error happened to computer. Plus we can learn more operation skill which is helpful to our future work.
通過參加電腦培訓客場，我們會對電腦各個元件有一個進一步的了解，在電腦出現問題的時候我們能夠知道是哪部分除了問題，同時還能提高我們的操作水平，這對將來的工作是有很幫助的。

      I can well remember an incident that happened on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I was on my way to the bookstore and was waiting for the green light at a crossing a girl of about ten was knocked down by a passing car, which drove off quickly. A man immediately rushed to the girl to give her first aid and I joined in without hesitation. Luckily she was not badly injured and we sent her to the nearest hospital. Compared with the escaped driver, I am proud of what I did.
      As a member of the society, I am aware that being responsible is what it takes to make a better society.

通過這次的培訓我有很多的感受和收獲，對於小學生學習困難問題，作為教師一定有深刻的認識，並以滿腔熱情，必須遵循教育規律，不能急於求成。認清學生學習困難問題，做到每節課都能減輕學生的心理負擔，消除學生的恐懼心理，逐步培養他們的學習習慣，學習信心和興趣。慢慢的循序漸進，就能讓學生愛上學習，喜歡學習。

In just two days off, my mother signed up for a one-on-one tutoring class for me. After seven classes, I gained a lot.

First of all, I have made the most progress in this part of the word, because as long as junior high school master the vocabulary, then other sentence patterns will become very simple.

There are 348 words in this English book last semester, including names of people. There are more than 300 words in a book. What if the words in the future should be done? After that, self-study will be OK. Therefore, the English vocabulary is not so difficult to remember, according to the pronunciation you can spell the letters.

Second, my sentence patterns are also changing graally. For example, when you change "let" into a general question, you should add the verb "be" before it. When you change it to a special question, you should put the words "t" or "where" at the beginning of the sentence, and the verb be is in the middle. In fact, there are not many sentence patterns. I have mastered the method in a day or two and used it like a fish in water.

以後自學便可以了。所以，英語的詞彙量也沒有那麼的難記，根據讀音便可以順藤摸瓜的把字母拼寫出來。

第二，我的句型轉換也在慢慢地變好，比如：讓改為一般疑問句的時候，前面加be動詞，改為特殊疑問句時把what或where等詞提於句首，be動詞在中間。其實句型就沒多少，我一兩天便掌握了其方法，用得如魚得水。

第三，這便是我的讀音了，雖然我的讀音有很多都會讀，但是我還是有一些單詞掌握的不好，被我稱為「頑固單詞」，然後我便一個一個的記下來，然後一個一個的去改進，直到會背了才可以讀懂和聽寫。

第四，那便是語法了，其實語法我學的比較簡單，但是我以為我曾經背不下來，結果我也發現它很簡單，自然而然的便成功的學會了。

所以，英語總體來說其實一點兒也不難，只要掌握了其方法，一定可以學會的！
