或是缺乏藝術的完整性，而陷於失敗，舞蹈演員的技藝本身也就淪入了雜技性的技巧表演，而喪失了舞蹈藝術的基本品格。
二、柔韌性
1、軟度的重要性
好的柔韌性在舞蹈里是重要的因為它將會使身體出現幅度大、漂亮的舞姿，通過身體外形呈現出來。而且鍛煉出了好的柔韌性就能輕易的做出一些動作。比如劈叉和下腰。
2、超越人體極限的運動
有些人想通過舞蹈讓自己擁有很軟的身體但是又不想跳舞。所以有時候有人會錯誤的去學舞蹈。在這世界上有一項運動它極大限度的訓練身體的柔軟度而且訓練的過程會非常的痛苦。這個項運動就叫做「柔術軟功」。

一次演出的失誤讓我的心選擇了放棄，我害怕失誤，一個芭蕾舞者怎麼能在舞台上出錯，多少次的練習都是為了在舞台上跳一支最優美的舞蹈，為了那種被掌聲包圍的幸福感，不知在台下付出了多少次的努力，不知流了多少次的淚……但在芭蕾舞老師和媽媽的鼓勵下我又重新站在了舞台上，一次又一次的成功表演都引領我走上愛芭蕾的這條路，現在的我喜愛芭蕾，再也不會放棄它，我會繼續向前，直到到達芭蕾的成功彼岸。
