我知道一些食物我們可以食用，像蘋果，香蕉，梨子，胡蘿卜，洋蔥，桔子，馬鈴薯等等。我爸爸喜歡吃一切能吃的東西。我媽媽喜歡吃蔬菜和水果，她有時也會吃點肉。我也喜歡吃肉，吃水果，不過我不喜歡吃蔬菜。蘋果是我的最愛。它味道非常好而且有著許多我們身體需要的營養，同時可以清潔我們的牙齒。有些蘋果是紅色的，有些是綠色的，我喜歡吃紅色的，因為它看起來比綠色的好吃些。蘋果是非常有用的，有些人說多吃蘋果能使人美麗強壯，不過我並不同意這種說法。但我相信經常吃蘋果的人會比那些不喜歡吃蘋果的人健康些。
