說課的內容
1． 說教材
說課首先要說明自己對教材的理解。說教材的目的有兩個：一是確定學習內容的范圍與深度，明確「教什麼「；二是揭示學習內容中各項知識與技能的相互關系，為教學順序的安排奠定基礎，知道」如何教「。說教材包括以下幾個方面：

（3） 說教材的重點難點。教學重點除知識重點外，還包括能力和情感的重點。教學難點，是那些比較抽象、離生活較遠或過程比較復雜，使學生難以理解和掌握的知識。並要具體分析教學難點和教學重點之間的關系。
2． 說學生
就是分析教學對象。因為學生是學習的主體，因此教師說課必須說清楚學生情況。這部分內容可以單列，也可以插在說教材部分里一起說。說學生包括：
（1） 說學生的知識經驗。這里說明學生學習新知識前他們所具有的基礎知識和生活經驗，這種知識經驗對學習新知識產生什麼樣的影響。
（2） 說學生的技能態度。就是分析學生掌握學習內容所必須具備的學習技巧，以及是否具備學習新知識所必須掌握的技能和態度。
（3） 說學生的特點風格。說明學生年齡特點，以及由於身體和智力上的個別差異所形成的學習方式與風格。
