比較好的軟體是itunes，你用裡面的廣播就可以了，有很多國外電台。但其中也有信號回不好的+占很多內存。但答相比之下這個是最好的了。別的很多都收不到。

用收音機練主要就是泛聽，堅持聽，因為他語速太快了，而且很多東西又需要足夠多的背景知識，所以只要泛聽、找語感就好。精聽還是推薦你用voa\bbc\npr\cnn這些老牌的。直接從網上下載就可以。

個人不推薦voa special。盡管無數人說精聽這個對英語有多麼多麼好的效果，但我覺得這個不適合。因為它太慢了，一旦你熟悉了這么慢的頻率，以後是很不好辦的。所以最好就是咬牙聽常速。聽著聽著就好了。
