Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) was founded in 1962, and was originally named the higher preparatory School for Foreign Students. In 1964, it was renamed as Beijing Language Institute by the State Council. 2、以後工作的話，有些單位會要求211院校才能通過簡歷篩選；

1、北語學生讀研通過率很高，雖然不能報送國內其他高校，但是報送去國外高校的或者送去國外學習交流的機會遠多於其他周邊北航、北郵、中財等高校；
2、北語學生外語類和國際商學院、信息科學學院就業情況非常不錯，像那種按211篩選簡歷的單位本來就少之又少，即使有，這個單位你也不一定喜歡。
選擇北語的理由：
1、住宿條件好，一屋四人，有獨立衛生間，男生有電視，冬天暖氣足；
