美國多數院校希望看到推銷自我的風格文書，比如談談自己的學術興趣、背景和個性魅力等，如果是申請MBA這樣的專業，同學們要盡量放大自己的優點，但更加偏向學術性的申請，還是需要有所規范，但也要突出自己的優勢和亮點。
02 文書內容
文書材料包含申請時需要提交的CV、PS或SOP和推薦信，部分專業為額外要求同學們提供PHS（或者diversity statement），research statement，以及writing sample，具體需要提交哪些文書材料，同學們可以查詢或咨詢專業老師來了解准備。
CV，Curriculum vitae，是所需提交的文書材料中最基礎的一項，是對Resume的詳細闡述，一般來說Resume的篇幅較短，在1頁以內，是對整個學業的簡述，比較適合商科類專業申請使用；CV則是對整個學業的細致描述，一般需要2頁，適合非商科類專業的理工科申請。但無論是CV還是Resume，都需要包含ecation、research & work experience、Publication（如有）、awards & honors和social activities （需要和申請的專業有關，沒有特別相關的則需要描述展現領/組織能力的活動）。

用學校的信紙肯定是最好了。更正式，如果是在沒有也沒有關系，關版鍵要有老師的簽名，聯系電權話和郵箱。
