2 、生活方面。大學是個集體生活的方式，宿舍是一個大集體，八個人生活在同一個空間裡面，但是各自的生活習性都不相，這就需要大家互相理解和遷就，只有這樣才能和好相處，為我們的學習創造一個良好的學習和休息環境。我初中就已經到外面讀書，因此很早就過著一種集體生活，所以我比較會理解別人，當然，我們宿舍的融洽和諧關系還很大歸屬於我們每一個宿友。大學的生活的確過得很有意義，我們一起的努力追求自己的夢想，一起為彼此加油。我的大學生活過得很精彩，大一的生活點點滴滴是值得我去收藏的。

It comes the final of this term . Looking backward to so many things happened ring the past five months , I suddenly felt I grew up quickly from the series of problems I had ever met . 四、工作措施
1、強化目標管理。各科組、級組根據學校教學的整體目標計劃和要求以及各學科實際情況制定各學科的教學目標。各科任教師根據學校教學整體目標和學科教學目標，按年級學科要求，按班級學生實際和教師本人特長確定自己的教學目標。上述三種教學目標，從集體到個人，從整體到局部，最後落實到教師個體教學目標上，從而實現學校的整體目標。
2、抓好教學進度。各年級在不影響課堂效率的前提下，要力爭把教學進度適當提前，以求得高考、中考、會考和市、鎮統考備考工作主動權。
（1）高三級：盡可能把三輪復習的進度安排好，爭取每次模擬考取得好的成績。
（2）高二級：語文、數學、英語應至少超前二周完成本學期的教學任務。政治科要略有提前，物、化、歷、生五科會考科目必須在第10周前結束新課。X科中的物、化力爭把高三的內容講完，政治歷史爭取把高三的部分內容講完。
（3）高一級：地理科爭取在第10周前結束新課，其他各科在打好基礎的前提下，應適當超前，為會考及市統考作好充分准備。
（4）初中部：初一、初二爭取提前二周結束新課，初三力爭在第6周前結束新課，為升中考復習提供足夠時間。
3、抓好時間協調。本學期根據教學大綱規定的課時比例和學科特點，把白天和晚上的自習課分到各科，以協調各科的教學工作。各科任教師要視當天教學內容和自習安排情況，合理調整好作業量，並教育學生利用好自習時間。
4、抓好備考工作。高考備考領導小組要加強班風、學風和教風的管理，要注意監控好輔導對象的輔導過程和效果。其他各類考試科任要盡早確定培優輔差對象，定好培優輔差計劃。各科要加強對臨界優生和臨界合格生的輔導，在抓好單科優秀率和合格率的同時，提高總分優秀率和總分合格率。
5、初中畢業班，要正確處理好提高升中試成績和為我校高中輸送優秀人才兩者之間的關系，既要輔導好臨界優生和臨界合格生，提高總分優秀率和總分合格率，又要及早了解學生的報考意向，從關心學生，宣傳我校高中重點班優勢等著手，加強學生的愛校思想教育，做好初三年級的分流工作。

7、狠抓教學常規管理。各科組在抓好備課質量的基礎上，強化作業布置、批改以及學生書寫格式規范化的管理。本學期擬舉辦一次學生作業展覽和三次（第6、12、17周）學習質量跟蹤測試，把學生的學習質量落到實處，促進學生良好學習習慣的養成，推動良好學風的形成。
8、完善集體備課制度。備課組活動除必須做到「三定」、「四備」和「五統一」之外，即定時間、定內容、定中心發言人；備教材、備學生、備教法、備學法；統一教學進度、統一目的要求、統一重點難點、統一作業練習、統一測驗考試。還要抓好每次集體備課的質量，落實好備課的專題，有效地把備課內容轉化到教學實踐中。

My First Year in College

Many high school graates wrongly assume that university life is totally free from worries. After a period of serious and solemn study in senior three, the hard beavers expect to take a break and develop some habits. However, many may find later that the situation may be beyond their anticipation.

I＇ tried to convince the alts around that the image they have of my university life as a free and unrestrained one is some what misunderstanding. In reality, school life is so busy that I sometimes wonder if my energy is enough.

About my first year in college, my life is mainly made up of two parts, study and practice.
As a student, the main task is study. In order to gain a high GPA, I have to get used to the college life style and begin a new pursue in study. It is the learning method that shows off most of the differences between senior study and college study. ! have a roommate who goes out to have lessons in the morning and comes back in the evening after the self-study classroom is closed. The peers＇ behaviors make me feel under pressure. In university, one% view of life is integrally formed and strengthened.
