議論：新聞報道和新聞評論有時候是結合在一起的，所以在講述事實之後，可以發表作者的評論。常見的都是敘述在前，議論在後，也可以夾敘夾議。
2. 新聞報道（或評論）的語言應該是具體真實的，盡量少用抽象的概念；盡可能多用直接引語而少用間接引語。同時，時態上一般都是一般過去時和一般現在時的結合。

2、在第二段進一步具體闡述導語中的這個重要部分，形成支持，不至於使受眾在接受時形成心理落差。因而，第二段實際上是一個過渡性段落。
