C. 如何打造精彩的初中英語課堂初探

打造高效初中英語課堂的技巧:
一.課前准備很關鍵
在教學過程中,老師的引導非常重要,老師必須要有效的指導,制定好教學目標,重難點,花更多時間研究學生,研究教材。充分發揮他們的積極性,而不是僅僅讓學生展示導學案的內容。在教學過程中,我發現如果我引導得好,學生學習就很積極,主動,他們不僅訓練了某一方面的技能,也學到了重難點。但是如果我沒有充分做好備課准備,或者引導不切合學生實際的話,課堂效果就不好,不能調動全班同學參與。
二.課堂提問應具有啟發性
教師課堂提問一定要有啟發性,能使學生發現問題,總結規律,在內容上要和重難點結合,幫助學生加深印象,解決疑難,提到課堂效率。要在教學生長處設問,以拓展學生的發散思維。在形式上要創設情景,吸引學生的注意力,激發他們的求知慾。
三.訓練應少一些常規訓練,多一些問題解決
教室選擇訓練應注意結合學生的實際。應選擇,開發,收集和創造實際問題情景來為教學服務,可以通過游戲,對話,編故事等來達到訓練重難點的目的,從而進一步激發學生興趣,達到高效教學的目的。
要提高課堂教學的有效性,對教師自身的要求相當的高。必須提高教師的自身素質,發揮教師的主導作用;必須了解學生,發揮學生的主體作用;必須靈活處理教材,創新教材;必須重視對學生進行思想教育。

其次,教師要有幽默感。適當地運用幽默,能夠縮小師生之間的距離,從而激發學生的學習興趣,促進學生參與、體驗知識,提高課堂教學效率。這樣,教師的教學就有了個性魅力和智慧的光芒,就能把一些抽象的、復雜的教學內容以一種生動的形式表現出來,達到良好的教學效果。而且用幽默作為批評教育的手段,也能夠消除學生的逆反心理,使之在笑聲中認識、成熟,改正錯誤。
第三,教師要會傾聽。傾聽同行的聲音;傾聽孩子們的聲音;傾聽自己的聲音。
第四,教師要有智慧。語言簡練、明確、有彈性。把握好學生學習興趣和英語知識學習的切入點,創設適合知識學習的情景,使英語課堂教學永遠保持一種清新的感覺,讓學生絲毫覺察不到教師人為的痕跡。
第五,教師要會表揚。適時捕捉學生身上的閃光點,並運用恰當的語言表揚他們,使他們產生積極而愉悅的心理。

泰州市沈毅中學李明鳳 一、 背景 目前,初中英語教學的課堂是千變萬化的,會碰到很多偶遇的、隨機的現象和時機需要教師能運用教學智慧,機敏地做出准確的判斷,靈活巧妙地進行處理,從而收到良好的教學效果。因此,在教學過程中偶發事件不可避免的前提下,我們每位教師都應學會對突發事件機智地處理。 善於捕捉和巧用課堂教學過程中生成性動態教學資源,對於轉變課程功能和改進學習方法與課堂教學具有重要意義。從某種意義上講,善於捕捉和巧用生成性動態資源是一個成熟教師的標志,還是一個教師教學藝術的重要體現。因此,對於初中英語教師來說,如何在初中英語課堂教學中處理好預設與生成的關系非常值得研究。一、 案例描述 1、突發其想課前學生歡快地唱著熱身歌曲《Rain, rain, go away!》,我進教室,師生問候完畢,我忽然有了一個異於預想的嶄新的導入方法:我想學生提問: What did you do a minute ago? 學生很自然地回答:Sing a song. 我就加以糾正,進行不規則動詞sing--sang的教學。我順便還用了動詞的一般過去時問:How was the song? 學生也能自然地回答It was great!學生在不知不覺中既直觀感知了一般過去時態,又避免了語法項目教學的枯燥,同時還對已學句型進行了適當的延伸。 2、巧妙進行德育教育 當我正想開始復習學過的短語時,一位下雨天經常遲到的學生氣喘吁吁地站在門口說:「I』m sorry I』m late!」 他家離學校遠,路又不是很好,加上下雨天,我猜到他遲到了原因,而且他英語不是很好,我想借機會鍛煉鍛煉他:Why are you late again? 他紅著臉:Because… raining.我想在大家面前提醒他不要再遲到了:I know your home is far from school. But you should arrange your time well. So don』t be late again, get up earlier, OK? 他明白我的意思,低下頭答應了。我想這次他應該印象深刻,會遵守學校紀律,培養良好的生活習慣了。 3、捕捉「意外」生成 教師在組織教學互動的過程中,一方面要落實預設好的教學設計,另一方面則要根據課堂的動態隨時捕捉學生的反饋信息,對那些與教師的預設不相吻合的內容,或教師沒有考慮到的問題,教師要以民主開放的心態思考其價值,及時納入課堂的動態生成過程中,對預設做出適當的調整,以便更好地完成以學生為主體的課堂教學,生成更豐富而又靈活的資源。在那位遲到的學生支支唔唔地說原因時,我想可以利用這「資源」讓學生接觸幾個本節課以外的實用短語。於是我又問他:How did you go to school? 他顯然不知道怎麼說,我請他坐下的同時,有些學生就在下面說了:騎自行車、乘車……於是我就進行了這幾個常用短語的教學並同時學習了它們的過去式。雖然是本節課教學內容以外的東西,但是課堂氣氛異常活躍,而且滲透有本節課的語法重點—動詞的過去式。4、因勢利導我重新利用起原本是導入用的日歷,指著前一天--周一,說「If it is Monday. Look! (我一邊做動作) What did I do yesterday? 」「 Played tennis」當我向一個平時英語程度中等的學生提問「What did you do yesterday?」時,他馬上做出踢足球的動作,並回答「I played……」,卻支支吾吾說不出「played soccer」這個片語。此時,我認為對已學動詞片語進行復習十分必要,雖然這並不在我的教學設計當中。於是,我轉向其他學生:「Who can help him?」學生們躍躍欲試,臉上抑制不住興奮,他們也許為能幫助他人而自豪,也許為自己能有展示自我的舞台而快樂。 有一個平時總是扮演課堂的「旁觀者」的,今天居然也舉了手。機會不容錯過,我趕緊叫了他。很快,他正確的答案給了我一個大大的驚喜。我又請他幫助同學復習已學過的動詞片語。只見他模仿著我平時的神態和動作,領導大家復習起學過的短語,並請大家和他一起做動作。台上的「小老師」和台下的同學配合得很好,課堂氣氛異常活躍。課堂,應給每位學生施展才能的機會。似乎是「浪費」了一些時間。然而,學生與教師、學生與學生之間的精彩配合讓我知道剛才那段「非同一般」的「隨意生成」的復習十分成功,突破了復習的乏味,還充分了教學重點——動詞的現在進行時態。 三、反思 1、英語教學應以學生為主體。 《英語課程標准》提出學生的發展是英語課程的出發點和歸宿,突出以學生為主體的思想。一堂成功的課,應該讓學生自始至終掌握自主權,教師充當的只是「組織者」、「促進者」、「合作者」、「咨詢者」、「參與者」、「引導者」、「顧問」等,最大限度地給學生提供參與的機會,學生的主體性得到了體現,自然就產生了求知和探究的慾望,也就把學習當作一件樂事。本節課中,動詞片語復習、打電話等環節都是充分突出學生的主體地位。 2、教學要自然生成,善於捕捉課堂中的意外事件。隨著新課程標準的推行,「資源」一詞也越來越多地躍入人們的視野,引起教師們的注意。這節課擁有很多精彩「生成」的部分,很多提前預設的環節最後都沒有實現,或者臨時進行了改善。上課時,教師心中裝的應該只有學生,而非所謂的教學設計。教學要自然生成,教師應跟著學生走,要善於捕捉課堂中的偶發事件和意外事件,並將其巧妙地轉化為積極的動態教學資源,服務於課堂教學和實現教學目標。課堂資源無處不在,我們應該正視課堂教學中突發的每一件事,善加開發、利用。一位哲人說過,從平凡中看出神奇就是天才。也許我們不是天才,但我們卻需要煉就天才的眼睛。我們應樹立強烈的資源意識,珍惜課堂生成資源,用好課堂生成資源。課堂上的創造性思維往往是個別的行為,教師要及時發現這種稍縱即逝的生成資源, 敏感地捕捉住其中有價值的因素,「為學習而設計教學」,通過富於智慧的教學策略,重構教學,定會生長出較之「知識」更具再生力的因素。這樣,「豁然開朗」、「怦然心動」、「悠然心會」、「浮想聯翩」這種美好的境界才會在我們的課堂孕育成長。一位合格的教育工作者,不僅要會教書,還要學會育人。英語課堂教學是教師與學生、學生與學生、師生與教學內容多方面因素互動的一個動態過程。初中學生的認知水平相對比較高,思維活躍,個體差異明顯,因此教師在課堂中會遇到教學計劃被打破甚至顛覆的情況。而且,英語教學是語言教學,是實踐性很強的一門學科,這就更增強了課堂意外發生的可能性。教師不僅要完成計劃內的工作,還要隨時做好准備解決突然發生的狀況。一個偶發事件的解決方式也許會改變你在學生心中的印象。因此當今的初中英語教師應靈活組織課堂教學和優化教學課程,不斷提高課堂應變能力,錘煉課堂藝術,從而激活和保持課堂氣氛。
