To help students learn more about American English and enrich after-class activities, the Students』 Union is organizing an English Lecture named Modern Ameican English to be held on at 2:00--3:00 on Wednesday (5 August, 2009) at the school restaurant, whose speaker is Jackson, an American professor, from Shangdong University . Those who are interested in talking part in can attend it in with your friends without being late. In addition, we are doing to found an English corner to improve English, where the students can communicate with each other in English. We will continue to discuss this thing after this lecture.

通知的英語單詞是notice，拼寫為：n-o-t-i-c-e。具體釋義如下：

1、名詞 n.注意;預告;布告;警告

2、動詞 vt.& vi.注意
vt.通知;注意到;留心;關照

(5)高中英語通知怎麼寫擴展閱讀：
一、notice作n.(名詞)
1、notice的基本意思是「布告,通告,啟示」,指用以宣傳某事的發生或傳達某種指示的通知。也可指「預告,通知」,即告訴某人某事即將發生。notice還可指提醒某人對某事引起「注意」。引申可指「評價,短評」。
2、give notice和have notice中的notice,通常指離職、辭職或解僱等的「通知」,當have notice和give notice後面帶有動詞不定式時, notice前有時可加不定冠詞a。
3、notice後也可接that引起的從句作同位語、現在分詞或動詞不定式作其後置定語。
二、notice作v.(動詞)
1、notice用作動詞的意思是「注意」,指將精力全部集中在某一個人或事上,或者看到了某一事件發生的全過程並且對此表示關心。
2、notice可用作及物動詞,也可用作不及物動詞。用作及物動詞時,後可接名詞、代詞、帶有疑問詞的動詞不定式或that/wh-從句作賓語,還可接以不帶to的動詞不定式、現在分詞或過去分詞充當補足語的復合賓語。可用於被動結構。

❽ 英語通知的格式及範文是什麼
寫作格式：
一、通知的標志
書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，多用notice作標志。為了醒目起見，標志的每個字母可以用大寫notice，並常寫在正文上方的正中位置。標志後可以編號，也可以不編號。
二、出通知的單位及時間
發出通知的人或單位的名稱，一般寫在標志的上方或在正文後面的右下角；發出通知的時間要寫在正文的左下角，也可按書信格式寫正文的右上角。不過，這兩項有時可以省略。
三、通知的正文
正文要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內容（多為書面通知的首句）、出席對象及有關注意事項。布置工作的通知要把工作內容和要求寫清楚。正文一般可採用文章式，為了醒目也可採用廣告式。
四、通知的對象
