㈡ 英語辯論賽的開場白和結束語
賽制是什麼?你們打的什麼位置?開場白...先問好...然後可以說Today, I'm here, proudly pro/against the motion which is... 正一的話可以先解釋專一下立這個motion的理由（如屬果是議會制辯論）或者做出界定，除了正一，大部分陳述應該包括rebuttal part和constructive part.正/反方最後一個人還可以對這場辯論做一個summary,總結一下本場中雙方的clash或者是比較一下雙方的打點,並根據自己總結的各點闡明本方對主要的clash做出了哪些貢獻提供了什麼樣的理論依據,而對方怎麼樣沒能對他們的論點提出論據或者論據如何不足以證實他方觀點...開場白可以先說明自己的提綱,比如my speech today consists of * parts, 1st rebuttal, then constructive,(根據自己的內容角色做出調整),然後結束的話把自己的主要觀點及闡釋部分各用一句話再做回顧,說明自己觀點.最後一個人還可以上升一下高度,結尾用點小煽情的^^~

攻辯規則：
①質詢者控制質詢時間，可以提出與題目有關的合理而清晰的問題，並可以隨時停止答辯者之回答。
②攻辯時間內，質詢者應詢問問題，不得自行申論或就質詢所獲之結果進行引申，否則視為違規。質詢者自行申論或引申發言時，答辯者有權要求其停止。
③答辯者應回答質詢者所提之任何問題，但問題明顯不合理時，答辯者得說明理由，拒絕回答。
④答辯者可以要求質詢者重述其質詢，但不得惡意為之，否則視為違規。
⑤答辯者不得對質詢者提出詢問，否則視為違規。
⑥答辯者提出反質詢時，質詢者得要求其停止，並拒絕回答
（三） 自由辯論階段〔反方先開始〕（辯論時間8分鍾，每隊各累計時間4分鍾）
1、 反方累計用時4分鍾
2、 正方累計用時4分鍾
自由辯論規則：
①自由辯論時間總共為8分鍾，每隊各4分鍾。
②自由辯論必須交替進行。當自由辯論開始時，先由反方任何一名隊員起立發言。完畢後，正方的任何一位隊員應立即發言，雙方依次輪流發言，直到雙方時間用完為止。
③在自由辯論時間里，每一位辯手的發言次序、次數和時間均不受限制。
④當一隊的發言時間剩30秒鍾時，將有一聲哨聲提示，當該隊的發言時間用完時，會有兩聲哨聲提示，該隊應立即停止發言。
⑤如果一隊的發言時間已經用盡，不能發言，另一隊還有剩餘時間，則該隊的辯手可以繼續發言，直到該隊的時間用完為止。
⑥自由辯論是檢驗一個隊整體配合能力以及每一位辯手實力的重要階段。辯手應充分利用這段時間，簡潔明了地加強自己的論點，機智有力地反駁對方的論點，如果只是空洞無物的攻擊或有意迴避對方的質詢及發言觀點，或者出現語誤、空場等情形，都將影響該隊的成績。

（五） 觀眾提問
1、每隊可以被3個觀眾提問，每個觀眾只能提問1個問題

3、當問題不合理時答辯方可拒絕回答，此觀眾取消提問資格，但是此次提問機會仍然繼續，此機會留給其他觀眾

英語辯論賽流程
一、英語辯論賽流程
1、主持人致辭：
宣布辯題及辯題相關背景資料；介紹選手及正反方所持觀點等；介紹評委等。
2、比賽階段：
比賽由正方和反方組成，雙方各2名選手，選手可自行分工，分別擔任一辯、二辯。
辯論具體進行過程如下：
（一）闡明立場階段（2分鍾）：
由雙方一辯進行觀點說明。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽主題進行觀點闡述。
1）正方一辯發言（1分鍾）
第1分鍾結束時--舉牌提示,最後15秒--舉牌提示。
2）反方一辯發言（1分鍾）
第1分鍾結束時--舉牌提示,最後15秒--舉牌提示。
（二）攻辯階段（2分鍾）：
1）正方二辯選擇反方二辯（1分鍾）
提問時間為10秒，回答時間為50秒。
2）反方二辯選擇正方二辯（1分鍾）

（三）自由辯論階段（2分鍾）：
時間是雙方各2分鍾。由正反雙方（四個辯手均可發言）自由輪流發言。發言辯手落座為發言結束，同時另一方開始發言，另一辯手必須緊接著發言，若有間隙，累計時間照常進行。同一方的發言次序不限。如果一方用時已完，另一方可以繼續發言，也可以向主持人提出不發言。
（四）討論時間（2分鍾）：
在討論時間內，觀眾可向正反方各提一個問題，由雙方選派一名選手作答。該環節主要是增加比賽觀賞性，不影響比賽結果。
（五）結辯陳詞階段（2分鍾）：
由雙方2辯進行結辯陳詞。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽整體態勢進行總結陳詞。
1）反方2辯總結（1分鍾）
最後15秒--舉牌提示。
2）正方2辯總結（1分鍾）
最後15秒--舉牌提示。
3、主持人致辭：
比賽結束。
二、比賽階段注意事項:
1、發言者必須在規定的時間內完成自己的發言；
2、在辯論時不要隨意打斷別人的話；
3、尊重主持人及評委的評判；
4、在辯論中，辯手可以使用道具、圖表和物品作為輔助手段以強化自己的陳辭，但尺寸不能過大，以免遮擋；
5、時間提示：最後15秒時，舉牌提示，時間結束時，鈴聲提示
