First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a
strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.
Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with
his present condition is always in distress.

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more
books.
Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of
books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad
books will do us more harm than good.

我覺得外國人吃東西可真麻煩！
2同學聚會
自從放假，今天很炎熱，但是也是我們同學相聚的開心日子。
早上，吃完早餐我早早地就從家裡出發了，朝著目的地我們的母校走去。一路上，思緒萬千，想像著同學們的變化以及見面以後會出現什麼樣的情景呢等等。時間不知不覺過去了，終於來到了我們的母校。一走進校園，以前的景象歷歷在目，頓時心底湧上了一種親切感，同時也發現我們的母校發生了很大的變化。首先是教學樓披上了新裝，粉刷一新，還有就是食堂的改變，圖書館的建成等等，這些都是我們離開後才出現的。走在校園的林蔭道上，仔細回想以前的讀書生活，還真的別有一番滋味。這時只見小道上稀稀疏走著幾個補課的學生，他們行色匆匆，現在時間對他們來說太寶貴了。沿著林蔭小道，我來到了我們聚會的地點——以前讀書的教室，這時已經有好幾個同學到了，我加快腳步，大聲地喊著她們的名字，這時自然有一番問候了，而且每個人臉上的驚喜之情都表露無疑。接下來在大家的笑聲中同學們陸陸續續地都來了，在一片問候聲後我們朝著下一個目的地走去——老師的家。我們的班主任依然如當年一樣，說話特別幽默，風趣。在接下去的時間就是大家聚餐，娛樂……
這一天在一片歡笑聲中結束了，同學聚會真好！
3練字
自從讀書以來，我印象最深的事就是幾乎我的每個語文老師都要求我們把字寫好，要求我們練字。那時雖然聽老師說，但並未堅持下來，只是偶爾練一練，現在看著自己的字還真的有點後悔當初浪費了太多的時間，沒有把字練好。
但是堅持三天後，想想還是算了吧，反正一下子字也不會寫好的，但另一個聲音又在耳邊想起，要堅持，不要輕言放棄呀。最後經過矛盾的爭扎，我還是堅持了下來。尤其是當我碰到不順心的事情時，我就拿出紙和筆，安靜的練起字來，結果什麼煩心事都沒了。現在練字已經成為我生活的一種習慣，如里哪天不練倒覺得好像還有一件事情沒完成。經過自己的努力，現在我的字有了一定的進步，今後我還將繼續堅持下去。
4假期生活即將結束。回顧這一段時間以來感覺自己的收獲還是挺多的。
在假期間，我利用好每一天的時間來充實自己，通過看書，看雜志，上網等多種途徑來度過自己的假期生活。當然最有意義的事情還是去了解中國的文化。我們中國是一個文明之國，歷史悠久，以前過年從沒想過要去深入的了解它。在我們那邊以往只是在走親訪友中度過了，但是今年的形式卻有了很大的改變，人們不只是呆在家裡，而是邀上幾個好友外出遊玩。說起這個來我印象特別深，因為今年我也和幾個好朋友一起出去遊玩了一番，那感覺真的是很舒服，比起以前一過年就走親訪友的好多了，而且這樣也很簡單，方便。
5連雲港的海
假期里，我們來到連雲港。今天，爸爸帶著我、媽媽、妹妹、大伯和大媽一起去連雲港的海邊遊玩。那天，風特別大，我們都帶上帽子，頂著風，來到了海邊。看著那滾滾的海水，多美啊！爸爸從車上把照相機拿下來給我們拍照。
我們又坐上了車，忽然，我和妹妹都叫了起來：「海鷗！我看見海鷗了！」大人們也跟著朝窗外看，那麼多的海鷗圍著海邊飛來飛去，連雲港的海可真美啊！
6 真是光陰似箭,一眨眼還有十多天就要開學了,在這個學期中我又有了新的打算,在這個學期中我打算在語文課上積極舉手發言,認真做好每一項作業,在數學上不懂就問;在美術上畫好每一副畫;在科學上了解每一隻動物......
7吃過午飯，我打開電腦，興致勃勃地准備上網，媽媽見了便催我快去午睡。我一聽可就不耐煩了：「睡覺，睡覺，你就知道睡覺！」「要你睡覺，這都是為你好！」媽媽也有些生氣了。可是媽媽的話我一句也聽不進去，便和媽媽頂起嘴來，引起了一場軒然大波。最終，我理屈詞窮，忍不住哭了。
事後，細細回想事情經過，我覺得挺後悔的。媽媽說的話的確有道理，睡眠不足不僅會影響健康，還會影響學習。我真不應該不講道理，和媽媽頂嘴。
8落日
夕陽就這樣一步步沉下去。在沉下去的最後一刻，還把自己的余輝撒向了天空：西邊金燦燦的上空，頓時變成了桔黃色，又化作藍灰色，最後蒙上了灰黑色。
夜，就這樣漸漸地來臨了。星星一閃一閃地眨起了眼，似乎在期待著明天的日出。
9.快樂的一天
在我的暑假生活中，有許許多多有趣的事情，然而，令我最難忘的是爬山這件事。
那天，外公帶我去爬山。來到山腳下，我立刻被山的宏偉氣勢所吸引，恨不得幾步就投入它的懷抱。懷著新奇、探幽的心情，我系緊鞋帶，大步流星，踏上山路。今天是我暑假裡最開心的一天，我真想把時間停留在這一刻，讓我永遠享受這我窮無盡的快樂！
10暑假要結束了。有了開始，當然就有結束。開學了，我就又升了一個年級了，初3了，時光飛逝，光陰如梭啊……我們總是要成長，慢慢一步一步地走。
開學了，我要學習更多的東西，更多地認識這個世界，更好地認識這個社會，一切既有趣又好玩，但是同時有好多看不完的書。但是上學還是很好的，喜歡開學，喜歡在學校和同學們一起學習，一起玩……
忙碌之餘，感受這寧靜的夏天，這迷人的夏夜，享受快樂而簡單的暑假生活，享受著，享受著……回憶著，回憶著……
11前天，我爸爸不在家，我媽媽不會做蔬菜，更不會做有肉的菜。中午，我們不知道該吃什麼，我突然想到了一個好辦法，我們可以吃蛋炒飯呀。媽媽也贊同吃蛋炒飯。
首先，媽媽讓我去拿兩個大的土雞蛋，把它們打破後，再打成黃色，然後媽媽把飯炒熱，把大蒜分蔥切成片片，把它們放了進去，然後再炒，再把飯做成一個圈，把蛋放進圓圈裡面，再不停炒，放上調味品就做好了。
前天我過得真快樂，以後要是有這樣的日子那就好了
12今天，我帶著心愛的賽車和爸媽一起去了外婆家.到了外婆家我先吃了飯,然後和隔壁的哥哥一起去玩賽車了.
我們玩賽車比賽，突然哥哥的賽車撞到了牆上,他的車子被撞壞了,哥哥傷心地哭了.我馬上走過去跟他說:"哥哥別哭,我給你修好."我馬上拿來我以前的舊車子,幫哥哥修起了賽車.沒多久我就把哥哥的賽車修好了,修好後的賽車跑起來更快了,哥哥看著我給他修好的賽車開心地笑了.我們又可以一起比賽了.
你真能幹,還會自己修賽車,而且很主動地幫助哥哥修,真了不起.
13按照慣例，我又在記昨天和今天的東西了。沒給誰打電話，也沒有接到誰的電話，睡醒了看余秋雨的《文化苦旅》，發覺這本書好象酒一樣，每次不能多看，否則就會醉了。一天少看一點才行。肚子餓了，就下來吃點東西。下午照例看電影，晚飯回來又跑到床上看書，卻一下睡著了。九點多鍾的時候被室友吵醒，醒之後就再也睡不著了。看了好幾遍時間，才一點多，再睡，兩點多，乾脆起來，先前的四篇文章一篇也沒寫呢。還要寫日記呢。算了，還是睡吧。還是睡不著，還是起來吧。終於起來，室友也起來，喝點酒，吃點東西，又做了作業，之後又玩幾局游戲，才去睡，睡得十分的香甜。
14今天下午，媽媽帶我去米華阿姨家玩，米華阿姨是我媽媽在的單位的同事，後來，她退休了，就開了一個名叫「波濤服裝店」的服裝店。為什麼叫「波濤服裝店」呢？原來，她有兩個孩子，一個叫江波，一個叫江濤，所以才起了這樣的名。她的工人來自四面八方，有東方人，有南方人，有西方人，還有北方人。過了一會兒，我和波波濤濤玩游戲，玩得可開心呢！

16今天下午下學回家。我正要寫作業，就想起了日記。我就把日記本把開了，可是日記本shi完了。我就給媽媽要了一元錢，去買日記本。日記本買來了，它的包裝是藍顏色，畫著一個人。裡面有兩張貓的畫。我真喜歡這個新日記本。
17今天我和往常一樣早早的起來，准備和我媽媽一起去市場買菜，因為暑假臨近尾聲，所以想向媽媽學習點燒菜的手藝，能讓我的暑期生活劃上個圓滿的句號。
菜買回來後，我就幫媽媽洗好，看著媽媽燒菜時忙碌的樣子，真想幫幫她，可我現在還不會，所以我很用心的在一旁觀看媽媽的一舉一動，把燒菜的步驟牢牢的記在心中
我知道，我總有一天會用到，可以幫到媽媽的。
18暑假，夏天，紅。我喜歡夏天的紅，紅色象徵著火熱，陽光下，燦爛的心情彷彿只有紅色可以映襯。這個季節，火紅、粉紅、橘紅，不同的顏色，相融在一塊布藝上，也為它增添了一份時尚的美感。我喜歡紅色，因為我心裡總有一團火在燃燒，我熱愛生活，熱愛身邊的每一個人，也總喜歡幫助需要幫助的人。外向且很容易滿足的我，經常為自己有了一點點小進步而欣喜萬分；會為自己的一個小願望得到了滿足而感激萬分；傷心難過也只是幾分鍾的事。不管在學校還是在家裡所有的一切都給我一種暖暖的感覺。對我來說，生活中沒有過不去的坎，所以我每天都很快樂，心情像紅色的火焰始終在歡樂的跳躍著。
19我的夢
昨天晚上，我做了一個奇怪的夢，而且，很長！
我夢到了：我家住在一座大公寓里，由於不熟悉，連出口也不知道在哪兒了，後來還是問了鄰居才找到了出口！
我又來到一個很大很大的商場參觀，這個商場一共有六百層！商場太大了，我又迷路了，怎麼辦呢？前面有一個運貨的大姐姐知道了，帶我找到了出口！
我終於回到了家，夢也已經結束了！
20今天，媽媽叫我（掠）衣服，我本來不想咁，最後還是不情願的答應了！
來到陽台里的洗衣機旁，裡面的衣服真多啊！我拿起意見衣服與一個衣架，把衣服整整齊齊的套入衣架，再用衣叉把衣服掠（晾）在掠（晾）衣桿上。
按照這樣的方法，我很快就把衣服全部都掠（晾）完了，雖然，這是累人的活，但看到掠（晾）得整齊的衣服，我喜歡掠（晾）衣服了！
