初中的话，基础差，就看新概念第一册，听读写专同时进行。最好可以属进行文章的summary即总结。
高中的话，基础差，也是新概念，但是是第二册。同样的，听说读写同时进行，单词要背，总结要写，课后练习要做，因为有语法知识。
大学的话，基础差，同样还是新概念，第二册。具体情况可以买教材自己看看。方法一样。贵在坚持。
写作是要靠词汇，语法，还有逻辑结构的。所以要先把基础打好，就是词汇跟语法啦，新概念是绝对的好教材！要看你怎么使用了。你还可以辅助性的看一些英文报纸杂志，绝对有帮助。
