今年夏天，我参加了学校举办的夏令营，真正与同学们“玩儿个痛快”。这一次的目的地是千年古都——西安。7月6日，我们怀着激动的心情登上去往西安的火车。开始了富有乐趣的旅途。
在火车上，大家都憧憬在西安短暂的生活里，讨论着西安会是什么样子，到时会怎样安排，许多许多问题。巴不得一下子就到了西安，让自己的好奇心得到满足。因为太过于兴奋，一路上几乎都没睡过觉呢！用来睡觉的时间全都用来谈天说地，把整个车厢都吵得闹哄哄的，幸亏这车厢没其他人，要有其他旅客，那还不得投诉呀！直到关灯，车厢里才静了下来，但窃窃私语的声音仍缠绵不断。一夜兴奋过后，大约早晨7、8点时，西安到了。
下车以后，用小跑代替走路的我们，终于看到了梦寐以求的古都西安。直到这时，学名叫做“兴奋”的心情烟消云散，我们有了一个共同的愿望：上车睡觉！！！哎！谁叫我们太过于兴奋，在火车上那么好的环境睡不着觉呢？在车上，没人听导游讲解，全都呼呼大睡了。直到下车，睡神才勉勉强强的离去。吃过早饭，到了景点，我们又勉强打起精神，听导游讲解。对于这里的一切，我们就像一个刚出世的婴儿，对于周围的一切全都一无所知，所以非常好奇的这里看看，那里摸摸。恨不得一瞬间什么都懂呢！一上午时间很快就过去了，本来上午就没吃饱的我们，饥肠辘辘的来到餐馆，一上一个菜，20秒之内抢完。连是什么味道都没弄清楚呢！晚上在宾馆里可热闹了！我们都互相串门儿呢！事先打个电话通告一下，然后带个小玩意儿去。每个房间让一个人当哨兵，一看见老师来立即把房门关紧，然后把灯一关，看起来好像是睡了觉一样，挺好玩儿的。男生有的还向我们敲门要东西吃呢！
第二天我们来到了革命圣地——延安，经过一天后，我们住在了延安最著名的窑洞里。当然是很豪华的窑洞里，那天晚上，是我最难忘的一天晚上。
