我先用小剪刀按易拉罐的常在彩色纸上剪了一个同样长的长条。再把长条围在易拉罐的身上，给他穿上了一件漂亮的“新衣服”。再用剪刀在彩色纸上剪下四个正方形。用胶水把正方形贴在易拉罐的两侧，做火车的窗子。又用剪刀在右下角和左下角各打一个小洞，用毛线从两个洞里穿过 。再用剪刀剪下四个圆形做火车的车轮。就在这个时候，我一下不小心，把手指剪破了，还在流血，“哎呀，好疼啊！我大声的喊。我一下把旁边的东西用力推带了地上，用纸擦了擦 手上的血。 头去看了看摔在地上的材料。我突然想起老市场对我们说的一句话：“做事情不要半途而废，只要坚持到底，你就可以成功。”我坐在凳子上响了一会儿，我一下子站了起来，把地上的东西捡起来，继续做我的小火车。我再用同样的方法作了5个车子，又用毛线把汤门全部连起来。这样，我的小火车就大功告成了。
我拿着小或者连忙跑到妈妈的房间去。我说：“妈妈，你看看我坐的小火车。”妈妈看了以后，甜美的笑了。
我以后要多做一些小制作，这样不但可以提高我的动手能力，又可以将废物回收，我真高兴。
今天，我从这件事懂得了做事要坚持到底的道理，不怕困难，你就会成功。昨天下午，我早早地把作业做完。闲着没有事做，我看见墙角有一堆易拉罐。我想：那些易拉罐如果拿去甩了多污染环境阿，不如把他们利用起来，这样不但不污染环境，又可以让废物回收。正是两全其美阿”。
