居住区的话好像一般是community，我不是很确定的。
打个比方吧：像中国江苏省南专京市什么属区什么镇什么小区就可以写作：...community, ... town, ... district, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China.
但似乎区这个行政单位现在已经没有了，如果一定要，我也不是太清楚如何写，因为district多用于指城市里的某个区。跟我们日常有时候说的区是有分别的。
如果是直辖市的话，用municipality.
