3、谈谈兴趣爱好。但是前提是兴趣爱好尽可能与求职的岗位相关，例如想找一个工程师的岗位，那么可以说兴趣爱好是航模什么的，另外在工作中兴趣也是很重要的，一般面试中如果没有什么特别的话，可以说兴趣爱好为篮球、足球、唱歌等等都可以。
4、总结。就是根据上面说的内容，总结为什么适合这个岗位，在谈这点时，可以先说这个岗位的要求，然后再结合具有的能力，使得满足这个岗位的要求。
5、最后强烈表达工作愿望并感谢面试官。可以说对贵公司关注了很长的时间，我希望在这里获得不仅仅是一份工作，更是一份职业。
